Is UAH traded anywhere but Ukraine?

Ukraine?  Nice, always wanted to visit there as you guys have some of the most naturally beautiful women in the EU.  Anyhow, hows the black market there?  By chance do you know the spread of the USD compared to the Ukraine currency?  It very telling...

Four things you need if you're going to get serious:

• An idea for how you will operate.
• A means to profit.
• Correct calculations about your profitability (most online "profitability calculators" are too simple for most businesses)
• The amount of money it will cost you to keep things going until your "break even" point, which should be less than 1 year on paper.

I'm a small business development adviser. I can tell you that your company will definitely fail, or if it has a chance to succeed. I don't invest in the companies I help build. I don't have time to become a partner. I don't offer financial or legal advice (other than to tell people that it's wise to seek expert counsel in such matters). I've done this for about 22 years and have about 530 small businesses that I've helped (and a lot more that I told 'no' to... I don't put time into something I believe will fail, though I've been wrong on numerous occasions).

I don't maintain a web site for this, because it's pointless to do so--why would I want to pay for a site that just sits there like a business card, if it's going to be stuff I offer only to members of one forum? And yes, I'm willing to take BTC.

I charge LOTS of money for what I do, typically. But I'm offering "initial consultations" for free. If I think it will work, we can talk about a price, but I have an ethic that what we agree should be our agreement. I've worked for as little as 5 euro before, on a full project and as much as USD$7500 for a single session. It all depends on what I see. And as I said, we'll talk about the price in BTC.

But even if you don't use MY service, I would HIGHLY recommend finding someone who knows what they're doing to advise you.

I'm founder and owner of a distributed software development company providing elastic teams for our customers across the US and Europe.  Since we were somewhat hit but Cyprus fuckup, now I'm actively researching alternative ways I can collect payment for our services and pay out to my developers.  The economically opressive regime in my country (Ukraine) just pushes us more.
