I think not because bitcoin is just helping its users. Maybe bitcoin news about disrupting the economy is already scattered everywhere, but they do not know what bitcoin.
Bitcoin can change economic. Because bitcoin has given us a lot of chances to earn big or become wealthy, that Bitcoin has reduced the unemployment rate. I personally have considered that bitcoin has changed many people for the better, to have a good economy.

One problem i see cryptos fixing ia the ability to make people spend their money unlike fiat which hardly appreciates because of inflation and other tax reforms that force people to spend less and if people spend less an economy can not grow but thanks to cryptocurrencies people tend to spend more of their cryptos when prices hit a new all time high which directly contributes to a countries economic growth. Exactly people tend to save their money for investing instead of spending it for their leisure, however I don't think that crypto really change our economic stability unless government will acknowledge cypto as well that they exist. But it change individual's lives instead.

Yes it would be possible that bitcoin will change the economy by simply changing ones life. If individual have a high economic status then u can say that their economy is progressive. One factor to say that economy of one country is very progressive if individual Cam never experience poverty.

The reason why there are government who are hating cryptocurrency is because of the negative effects on the economy like people will prefer on investing in cryptocurrency more than placing their money on the banks.

I think it can change a person's life but it can't change the whole economical situation. As for me, it is us crypto users who benefit and could impart something for our community and economy. It is us who can change it's situation because bitcoin is just a currency and it can't do anything about the economic situation.
If we want a clear cut answer, than the answer will be, No not really. Bitcoin surely have some impact on the economy but it does not influence the economy. But we have to admit that, bitcoin surely help people to earn some extra to add on their financial condition. So we have to admit that bitcoin surely add something to our economic condition. But id does not influencing the economic condition of a country.
