The most interesting thing about bitcoin cash is how it has managed to hold onto a top 4 position whilst having absolutely no inherent value or prospects. It is still heading towards $0. There will doubtless be pumps along the way, but $0 is its ultimate destination.

It has got value - it allows people to move money for very low fees. The bigger the fees get for BTC, the more people will shift to BCH
It would not be a valuable like the real bitcoins as a matter of fact BCH is only a hype and it will be just like the other alts that pumps and dumps.

It depends on whether bitcoin's transaction fees continue to climb. At the moment people simply arn't using it as a currency, and the backlogs were horrendous. If you can send coins cheaply via BCH (and relatively quickly, the BCH blocks are being mined every twenty minutes and there is no mempool backlog), then why not?

Quick poll just to check what's the forum members sentiment towards Bitcoin Cash and how will it impact the BTC price (therefore - yes, it's bitcoin related).

Changing votes allowed.
I will dump my Bitcoin cash for the useless and nonsense reasons. It will never be a Bitcoin and it wouldn't reach the price about $3000. Bitcoin cash will stay for what it is but the final decision is always yours. Make your life easy!
good point in any speculations is always the holders who will decide whether to stay on hold or to dumped the project bch is not unique its not
treated as another alts an its serving its purpose to be an alternatives just incase something happen to btc transactions so nonetheless it will
be dumped after its getting some pumped.

Bitcoin cash rise due to the artificial scarcity that been created during hardfork. Keep it on your mind! Don't waste your time on searching about bitcoincash.

Honestly i will pay the more money to deliver my transaction fast rather than use the slow transaction such as bitcoin cash. That was just another joke coin. there is no a lot of miner to run the network. The transaction take some days to get delivered.

According to the following block explorer, the blocks are being found every 20 minutes or so:

https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin%20cash/explorer/

As the difficulty drops, it will speed up.

I think unless BCH can branch away and develop unique ideas away from bitcoin, I can't see it going above $500 long term. Network stability is still poor so it prevents it from attracting more miner power

For me, BCH is just a hated currency, people get it for free, but they always want it to be high value, too unreasonable. I think it should not exist.

After 1 week I've taken my decision... dump!
I honestly would like BCC to collapse to zero, since it can create a dangerous record and we will forget about our beloved 500.000 usd BTC.

I think the base for BCH is about 400 dollars, that is also miner break even. Since now they are mining in loss!

Yes but you have to question why they those miners are wasting all that power for a loss is very puzzling and compelling at the same time. Why are they doing this? What is their real longterm plan? Do they really believe that bigger blocks will make bitcoin more valuable?
If most miners choose become trader and buy Bitcoin Cash for long term, that will make the value of Bitcoin Cash increasing soon and the system blockchain Bitcoin Cash can't running normal. So this is reason make them choose mining this coin for holding long term and attractive more investor on market.

I think this good idea would not hurt to try if coin does have a good opportunity as a long-term investment or trade, and it seems i have to learn more about progress BCH because so far i am more likely to choose ETH as an investment.

Hold if u have faith on it
Dump if people begin to lose their believe on this coin

What about converting all bitcoins to bitcoin cash with buying btc/bcc pair on exchanges? If you can invest small amount to bitcoin cash then no problem losing that amount which will not have big affect to your daily life or portfolio. Little tip form experienced trader: Buy bitcoin cash like there is no tomorrow when it hits 200$ Wink
P.s: This is not investing advice , i just write my personal opinion..

I think that it's still very overpriced. Should go down to at least 50 dollars to be reasonable

I think bitcoin cash was not go to $0. it was increase soon, just believe and trust to this coins. Eventually, bitcoin cash was ready to increase soon but for now it was fluctuate in the fair value.

Knowing whales behavior, can help you to decide what next you should do. Look if there are signs of accumulation, where are those big walls..This drama is not over yet, I'm almost certain that they will pump it again, and this time will be much better, they probably waits for some event or something.. I really can't find anything interesting in BCH but yes i will run to catch the train.. Grin
