There will be a massive immediate dump. If you're selling, then sell quickly!
If the price ever rises again, it will take a very long time.
This has got to be either immediate sell or long-term hold. I can't see any real middle ground.

It will be better to hold the Bitcoin Cash for at least 1 week (or longer) to really understand it and see if the general community are ready to adopt it....might be a good investment if it gets a good start

Why dump? At least see if Bitcoin Cash can assemble a good team. If this project is executed correctly, the sky is the limit. At least for me, I am giving them a chance. You never know who will lead the crypto world in the future.

I feel like it's good to dump 50% BCC instantly and hold the remaining 50% for some time. But it will be impossible since there's no trusted wallet for BCC yet (watch out! don't import your precious BTC private keys anywhere!).

I personally prefer to hold every new coin I get. BitcoinCash future is unknown for most of people, so it depends on how things will go with this coin, BBC support is increasing among Asian exchanges and companies.

Was tempted to sell the bcc on the futures market on hitBTC because of the $700 per coin there. And then maybe buy back after the dump. But don't really trust the exchange to leave my btc there. And won't be around to sell on time after the fork and before the dump. So will probably hold bcc for a while instead. Another altcoin to add to the list I guess.

hold half, dump half. No regrets!

I would regret half of my decision then.

I think it wouldn't hurt to see how things turn out before saying things. Bitcoin cash might or might not last for very long but it would depend on how much support it is going to get from the users. I for one is for holding it and observe if it's going to be of value to me in the future.

It depends to you if you want to buy bitcoin cash or if you sell your bitcoin once you get that to dump this coin. But for sure this coin will increase because its new coin so many people buy this coin . I also buy bitcoin cash if I needed.

Quick poll just to check what's the forum members sentiment towards Bitcoin Cash and how will it impact the BTC price (therefore - yes, it's bitcoin related).

Changing votes allowed.
I haven't seen anything till now but I think when BCC shows up, its price will be dumped strongly all over the world. Just like other coins out of ICOs, people who joined bounty programs will start to sell their bounties that leads to a dump process and of course, there are so many people who don't care much about Bitcoin Cash so that they will decide to sell all their BCC after receiving their balances.

Pretty sure everyone is dumping Bitcoin Cash the second they get it. I have yet to see anyone who is excited about it or looking to keep it. This whol thing is ridiculous... can't wait til it''s over. Tongue

That's one of the reasons I'm gonna hold it. ETH supporters dumped ETC massively at the bottom. Then it consolidated for some months before becoming correlated with ETH and seeing a massive price rise. At the very least, it will probably dump, then pump and dump (like any other altcoin). Who knows? Maybe it will even last longer than a shitcoin pump and dump.

I think the fundamentals are crap, but you never know. Might as well hold on to some, since I'm not paying for it.

Such problems must be solved immediately!
Who has bitcoin and wants of its growth. Must first Bitcoin Cash to sell on the exchange.

Make it yourself and tell your friends!!
A sharp drop in prices. Will lead to the fact that the miners of this chain is shut off.
In coordinated attack the currency can be a few hours to kill.

This will lead to a multiple increase in the price of bitcoin!

Lets all dump BCC after we got a free dollars from it. BCC will never have a success its just like the "hardfork" of roger ver. where in fact it is just a failure. all fuds must be cleared tomorrow.
Agree, since we just got it for free why not but It's more good if we keep it temporarily for the next few days, maybe BCC will be equivalent to BTC. Bitcoin in the past also had a low price and not recognized

I dont like bcc but yeah we just get it for free so I'll just hold it for a while.
After all, I didnt invest it so I dont need to worry if I dont get a profit or not.

My advice here; you should hold your BCC for a while to see how it may survive. Don't just dump the BCC like that because we don't know for sure how much BCC is going to worth in the future. Just try and hold it for like two to three months and see how it may perform in the cryptocurrency space. Smiley
if we know that the trends will be dumping and we can sell the BCC early why waiting? it's like waiting ourselves to be doomed by the price instead of taking action

There are a lot of rumors and FUD against BCC which will probably lead to the majority of it being dumped.
I would also dump them for BTC if I were you.

How it performs depends upon the hashrate share it could gather.
Which sadly left Joe Average's garage Sad the hashing eluded the majority of prosperous bitcoin novelists.
That is the greatest misery of overall situation. Mining should go back to "everybody"

If you were thinking to sell your bitcoin better to sell it right now before you lose the chance you can buy another bitcoin once the price goes down and start holding them again to earn more profit also from trading you can earn there but once this already happen im sure that the price will become higher.

Why sell? Because you "don't like it"...
Yeah very good reason to do so Wink

Holding all and full in for the long run. Does it fail --> I'll find out later and don't care.
Does it become something serious I have all my option on the table.
