I am glad for it can help you.
As Coinbase, it's not an real exchange. Exchange means that mutual trade between users, but on coinbase, we "trade" with coinbase, even coinbase's "trade" just buy and sell. So I'm sorry to cant inclde it.

last year, a lot of people's money has been frozen by BTC-e, damn hackers!

nope.. sometimes the email support does not reply several days (depending on the topic), while Dargo replies nearly every day and can speed up things.
Of course it should be the other way round...but it's not.
