A trader just made a million dollar bet that Bitcoin would be over $50k by the end of 2018 A large trader (or traders) just plopped down a million dollars betting that Bitcoin would hit $50k sometime in 2018.
I would like a piece of that bet. After the evolution of bitcoin in 2017 i have no reason to believe that it won't reach that target.

I'm very sure bitcoin will soar this year. I just have the belief. Bitcoin wouldn't wain anytime soon.

You're right but bitcoin is said to go mainstream this year and the central banks are said to be buying cryptocurrencies in other to bolster their foreign reserves. Therefore, I think bitcoin will pass the $20,000 price range before the end of this year.

What you’re saying, it just doesn’t make sense dude. So you think Bitcoin Cash will easily decline to $10, just like that. By the way, I don’t believe all these people saying it will reach the price rate of $50,000, it’s not just possible like that. I know maybe sometime in the future it will achieve that rate, but I really don’t think it would be in this 2018. 2.Minimum Price $50.000.

The hope at the end of 2018 is that Bitcoin may be more successful than last year and hopefully in 2018 the price of Bitcoin will grow up to 2000%.

$ 20000 is the highest price to date. I think bitcoin is in need of stability and upgrading because the bitcoin trading speed is slow. If possible in 2018, the bitcoin will reach $ 30000.
By the end of this year, bitcoin will be at 20,000 dollars easily but if we talk about next year, bitcoin is going to cross 25, 000 dollars easily by the mid of 2018. By the end, it will be more than 30,000 dollars because the investment into bitcoin is increasing day by day and so are its prices. It is not a big deal for bitcoin to go beyond 30,000 dollars next year. I don’t think so it needs to be stable in prices at all.

What is the point if bitcoin price become stable? Bitcoin a trading/investment asset, if the price is being stable for too long time then I'm afraid people will start to leave it because stable price = less profit in term of trading.
Bitcoin price will never stable imho and it wont replace fiat money forever. I do not even hope it will replace fiat money, I guess many others also hope the same with me. I will only agree if bitcoin is just an alternative payment of fiat money.
It is difficult to say what will happen to bitcoin at the end of 2018. The year just started and we don't see much of a change yet. Maybe it is better to just see and observe first.

Both of them will lose. Bitcoin can't reach that target in this year. It is a too big number which needs a lot of pump from whales and sharks or when there is a big good news for Bitcoin, its block size increases 5MB for example.

I expect before end of 2017, price of bitcoin touches $20,000 but I was failed on that belief. Because before 2017 end bitcoin price fall into $13k - 15k.
This 2018 I expect $25k up to $50k at the year end, I believe that bitcoin price was boosted this 2018 because more investors looking for a good value of bitcoin.
Other than that more capitalist expecting good price this 2018.

In 2017 Bitcoin has grown many folds that's why now it is in a correction mode. Once it is done and if any good news comes out about the bitcoin then we can see at least around 30K level in 2018. If government start bringing in new regulations in trading cryptos then it may impact on prices for the short term but in the long run still, Bitcoin will grow higher.
I feel 2018 will be the year for all cryptocurrencies, not just bitcoin. No one was expecting Ripple to rally like it did, the same will happen with most other respectable coins that haven't yet mooned I believe.
Same with my thoughts. There are may coins exist in the world of cryptocurrency, and I think 2018 is the year for all of them especially for Bitcoin. At the end of 2018, I think Bitcoin will not just gain popularity but also its value will be more profitable that will make people crazy about it. I feel 2018 will be the year for all cryptocurrencies, not just bitcoin. No one was expecting Ripple to rally like it did, the same will happen with most other respectable coins that haven't yet mooned I believe.
It will be a good year for all coins, this is not only for bitcoin. For bitcoin, my taget is $45,000 this year. If it can get there, the rest of the target will be easier to be real. It's $100,000 for me before 2020.

I learned about these optimistic forecasts several weeks ago, when the growth of bitcoin seemed explosive and unstoppable. However, as time has gone by and bitcoin's momentum seems to have found a limit, forecasts have tended to be more conservative and in some cases pessimistic. But just a year ago, no one imagined that in a few months the price of bitcoin would reach $20.000, so there is nothing left to do but go ahead and be cautious in our decisions.

I hope it will happen.Bitcoin price is very crazy in the year 2017 and I think in 2010 Bitcoin price will be increasingly crazy ..
