My opinion is that it will certainly go up. My prediction for the end of 2018 is $30k.
Hard to say. But if I HAD to place a bet, i'd say at least 30K. But before all of that, Bitcoin's core dev's really need to fix the high fee problem and address the other major issues. There have been many recent problems regarding the fees. So bad in fact that there have been a lot of places either stop accepting Bitcoin, or moving to other currencies...

It's really impossible to tell this. Making predictions is easy but the accuracy is sometimes very low because whales are making weird and strange actions. They are the game changers. My prediction is $29,000 for the end of 2018.
Bitcoin could clearly be above $ 30k and the market cap will exceed $ 1 trillion!

Bitcoin is one of the shit coins. Transactions, commission ... But while it is speculative - it will grow. No one needs stability in the crypto. If all currencies are stable - why they are needed.
At this stage, the entire crypto industry is speculative and everyone wants to make money. Why keep the crypto - if it does not grow. Put the USD under the pillow -
and there will be stability. All the technologies of other coins are just an empty place. One thing is important: you can make money on such races.

I think bitcoin hit 40k$ on July after launching bitcoin futures. But we can also see a price +- $8000. Looking forward to high pumps of altcoins as well. 
In 2018 we can see 60-70k. But at the end of the year, it will not be over 50k. This is a good scenario. Maybe it's going to be falling because of the many bans and taxes. I hope that bad scenarios do not happen and we all get together to the moon.

personally my expectations - or 0 or 80 000. At the same time, there are chances for both options
apparently many traders has drop their big expectation for bitcoin in this year but i don't know if there was trader are willing to bet million dollar to predict in this year bitcoin would be over $50k but they're so sure about their predictions and take their own risk about that however i would be so glad if this is happened
I am now very curious to see how the whales will act in January, from tomorrow that is. Usually in the beginning of the year there is a lot of optimism in the markets as everyone wants to invest and place their bets on various commodities and currencies. I am thinking this year can be make or break for Bitcoin. Either it will soar in value as a store of wealth or just be taken over by another new currency. We have seen lately how RIPPLE has come up in prominence and others are saying CARDANO might steal the show in 2018.
I am too as well as they have already brought it down to this kind of level I don't think that still bringing it down would be a a good idea as they are only weakening more the weak hand already. To be at their place you must know that bringing down the buyer's confidence more even at this level might result into a long term down trend which it may take time to recover. I am guessing that Bitcoin might have a good price action soon as it is probably the next play for Bitcoin this month.

If we look at the history . Specially November and December 2017, we can easily guess that Bitcoin will cross 50000$ in June 2018. I have invested in Bitcoin and waiting for it to cross 50000$.

We have been seeing a huge correction in bitcoin, somebody calls this crash actually. My prediction for 1 year later on from now on, is $34,000 for bitcoin. I'm very serious with this.

yeah we can expect a higher valued in 2018. But it depends in the market demand that can make bitcoin price increase cause maybe after new year the volatility of bitcoin will be back to normal .and maybe this scenario is just a correction a long waiting correction which is after this it will jump back to 20k or surge in 2018 . 
I think that there isnt a man can tell you what it will happen with bitcoin. Maybe investors will move to monero, or ethereum or maybe people will mass adopt btc. If there is someone who could tell you that it means he can see into the future and he would be rich.
As in every investment nobody can predict what it will be in the future. In the 2008 crysis some "sure" stocks went down to 10% of they`re value so thare you have it.
my mind is the same as you, nobody can predict what will happen in 2018, all can happen, there could be a new coin than existing ones like Bitcoin, ETH and others, maybe it could be a new coin will appear and more many are interested and profitable. my prediction, your prediction? I agree that bitcoin will reach $50000 in a month. Because this price increase of bitcoin serves us to a cashless society that bitcoin is more value than cash so that bitcoin will be promoted to the whole world for the purpose to have one currency to the whole world. So all is in order for all mankind.

I think bitcoin hit 50k$ on 2018 not this the end of the year its too far to hit that price. But 2018 its been posible that bitcoin goes up this coming year and hit the $50k. Many are now holding bitcoin and wait that price to hit. Jump to:
