Many countries will not want to be friendly with bitcoin but they know that they will be blamed by the technologically developed countries around the world. They also fear their own citizens because they will use their coins in stores outside of their borders. Generally many times in the past if a country tried to stop technology and development they did not succeed in doing anything
yes all regulatory issues. when there is a rule governing bitcoin it will be very easy to develop bitcoin. bitcoin still not gain the trust of a state government. they are still frightened by the various impacts that can be generated by bitcoin.

Bitcoin isn't wanted as it allows people to enjoy financial freedom, but that's however not the case for the technology that powers Bitcoin. If you look at how much money is being invested in researching and development of their own version of the blockchain, then it's fairly safe to assume that they like it a lot. Some countries are more paranoid than others, but in general, no country likes to see money flowing from their country to another. As soon as they notice that serious amounts of money are flowing out of the country through Bitcoin, then they will surely put a stop to it at some point.

This seemingly doesn't make sense

What you say basically comes down to claiming that while governments may not quite like Bitcoin and don't want to accept it as a legitimate means of payment, they still don't love the situation when bitcoins are flowing out of their countries? If they were really hostile toward Bitcoin, they should be just happy in the case there were no more bitcoins left in the country. How come?

There are so many bitcoin friendly countries. USA, austria, belgia, holand, bulgaria, kanada, colombia, swiss, argentina, denmark, liberland, france and so many more. But all those countries were only regulated the transaction which use bitcoin, they still use their national fiat as payment option beside allow the people to use bitcoin. Atleast it is proof that bitcoin is getting more popular and stronger.

It's difficult to answer such question but I can share situation in Croatia.
We just got first 2 bitcoin ATM in our country.
Some offline merchants already accept Bitcoin as payment method and many more merchants online.
We have local Bitcoin exchange, regular meet ups etc.
In media we can already find some good articles about Bitcoin.
It's not much but it's the beginning Smiley

BitCoin is a really great alternative to all other currencies and regulated markeds. It has been a pleasure to get started to accept BitCoins and find out all the wonderful benefits.

Even China may be the leading miners they will not dominate in the long lasting battle of the bitcoin marked.

Well,In this digital world we all are passing our daily life most on internet. In BitCoin Friendly Countries case we are connected each other with internet technology although some of countries govt. didn't permission to use bitcoin, there are restriction or other issue but in my experience i can say that it's not a problem at all cos i'm still using it without any bad experience while my country already banned it.

As Bitcoin is the digital currency of the Internet which distributed worldwide so ultimately it doesn't a matter in some countries Bitcoin is banned, while in others it is legalised.

all countries are technically bitcoin friendly as long as you have internet

more countries need BTC ATMs tho, would help immensely
Some of country were already banned bitcoin. Although they cannot give any impact to bitcoin by banning bitcoin, becouse the user still can use various vpn. I think bitcoin friendly country is usa and japan.
If the countries which are going to ban or were already banned bitcoin is not so much into bitcoin and having such a low bitcoin users then it's indeed they won't giving such a big impact to bitcoin. But, if the countries which are going to ban bitcoin are like china where most of the majority mining power come from then bitcoin will be really affected. And it's right that you can easily bypass the banned by using VPN but if there's some regulation regarding this thing and may have the chance to be sentenced or punished. I would consider not to bypass

Over here, I wont say we are friendly neither are we not because the only means I can spend my Bitcoin is to find a way to first convert it to FIAT before spending which is hostile by my own definition on the other hand, I can trade free without the fear of breaking any law of the land then I can say that is also friendly. So we kind of in-between the two and I am sure as time goes on and the popularity if Bitcoin increases, we will definitely pick a side because in this new crypto-world, we cannot afford to sit on the fence...

these are countries that have accepted bitcoin as a means of payment  and  also over 60 percent of the populist most have know of bitcoin and  also know it monetary value and as such many of them must have trad it for good and the government of the day must  have also given right to it  as a model of payment.

Singapore is one of the most Bitcoin-friendly countries. Switzerland is another one. The government tolerates the use of Bitcoins. On the other hand, a guy was detained in France after a policeman heard him uttering the word "Bitcoin".
most of the european countries like sweden, denmark, netherlands are bitCoin friendly.
While most of the Asian and African countries does not. There are too many third world countries and they are still under developed. They are too obsolete to accept new technologies and gadgets. The government believe that Bitcoin can destroy the whole politic system so they decide to ban it without any reasons.
As long as the country doesn't ban bitcoin or state it's illegal which could lead you to the jail if you used it, I think the country still friendly to cryptocurrency due to many countries the state does not regulate or had no plans to regulate bitcoin, so the citizens is free to transact in some other currency in a shop if they wanted to. We know that China and US are the countries with the largest bitcoin transactions (miners and trading).

And when you mentioned Japan here now news that i read they want to drop out tax of 8% for any purchase online with bitcoin, cuz they seen that sales in that side drop drastically in this year.

Hope this will be good example and for other countries to accept this method.

Ya it is very nice to hear that Japan is giving bitcoin some importance apart from this country some European country are also made bitcoin legal and the users of this country are now able to use bitcoin in so many shops like fiat currency.
