Right now it's very high and I'm sure it will drop back down. In 2018 there will be countries that ban it while others will embrace it. All in all, just buy and HODL
Most probably price will rise up or will be stabled for few month, though the uncertainty is apparent but people are benefiting from high price too so many ones shall wished the price should be high. At all its affected alot to physical currency and bitcoin have became much popular virtual currency.
2017's so far been the most active year, I wonder if it will come down for a bit or keep with this frenetic pace.
Unfortunately, I didn't benefit much from all this, but anyway, for good or bad, the fomo sure did its magic.

Also in 2017 bitcoin became more popular and have a big boom in terms of price. I'm hoping that more establishment would accept bitcoin and have a lower fees and a more faster transactions. And of course much higher value for the coming 2018.

2018 is going to be the year of mass adoption across all cryptocurrencies in my opinion. We may look back 1 year and think "wow, the price was so low back then, wish i had bought more!". Im thinking in terms of atleast 5-8x increase in total market cap.
Bitcoin public demand everyday increasing.So I think, bitcoin next year continue price increasing.Because much public support make much price grow.so buy it and keep hold for next year.
It will be intersting to see how cryptos will do in 2018. One thing I know for sure , the time of alts will come in 2018 but bitcoin may fall again to 10k , just my prediction.
By this time last year, When Bitcoin was itching closer to $1000, Everyone was predicting a possible downtrend all the way back to $200 price levels. No one even predicted btc will hit $17K and beyond. So I think Your predictions are a little bit off. For me, Bitcoin will reach new heights as it's user base doubles with each passing year.
some people are predicting 20k$ some are saying it will be 40k$ in 2018 which is also possible bcoz its already around 17k$ but it can also go down and it is also possible so be wise and careful if u r going to invest.
Bitcoin will die, will be replaced by other crypto - which is faster , multifunctional and does not require any fees.
Before you talk something like dying, let's just say that what if the lightning network will save us from paying a high fees and giving us a fast and smooth transactions? If this is going to be real then we must have a patience to wait for it just like by holding your altcoins. As for now you can say that Bitcoin will going to die, but i don't think it will actually going to be true. Since Bitcoin is gradually increasing day by day which is amazing to see specially if you are holding for a long time ago.

The demand for bitcoin and altcoins will continuously increase in 2018 and we will see new all time heights! One reason is surely the increasing turnover of online gambling sites as more and more players around the world notice the huge advantages of quick and independent crypto currency deposits and withdrawals.
Everyday bitcoin is becoming interesting to everyone. so I think in 2018 bitcoin to the sun not to the moon. 
2017 is a revolution year for btc price history.BItcoin has gather so much monentum and potential in 2017.For this momentum i think the upcomming year will be onether great one for BTC.I am very excited about it.
I think it's safe to expect that Bitcoin price will be between $20,000 and $40,000 next year.

Year 2017 was a awesome year for bitcoin. It reached the highest price where people didn't think about. But i think in 2018 it will back in low price and will stable at 8000-9000$ and at the last of the year it will pump again and will be cross 30000$ milestone. let's watch and enjoy where it goes. Bitcoin will be even more popular than before. Large vendors like Amazon will implement bitcoin as a payment option which will eventually influence other vendor's to use this method too. Cryptocurrency will become a common trend among laymen and it will continue increasing in price and demand till it's limit is maxed out.
