I believe it is only a matter of time. I  don't know exactly how much time . But  what I see happening is really exciting. Bitcoin  is the new money . It is just that the majority  of people don't know it yet.

So how you will solve blocksize limit with current miners morons ?
Some issues have to be resowed before going to be the best with 1mb limi we can suck balls.

it is not new but it is majorly know by digital/technology users.it also dependent on places to places.bitcoin has greatly moved up since 2013,till 2014 it's price was not that high but its flexible and fast transaction made it very popular.

Bitcoin in comparison with the fiat money is still young if not new, I also believe that it is actually a global currency because it was been used by lots of citizen in different country.  There are also lots of traders and merchants that accept bitcoin in different country.  There is also exchangers that accept bitcoin to exchange in their fiat.

Bitcoin is still far from global currency, and i think the people that know about bitcoin is not much. For being a global currency, all people need know about bitcoin and how it works.

For the first time, when I look at the offers on LocalBitcoins.com, there are a half-dozen currencies ahead of the US dollar, offering a higher price for Bitcoin than US dollar users.

Euros, South African Rands, New Zealand Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Polish Zloty, Malaysian Ringgits.

It is no longer just the US, EU or even China driving adoption.  There is a market for Bitcoins in major countries all over the world.
Some countru are bitcoin is legal and kiterally theu using it with their daily activies buying goods seeing people uses bitcoin as payment method is awesome bitcoin is depending on Us money WHICH is dollar and some countries bitcoin are being legal now so that they can use it too.
It is good if in your country bitcoin is legal so more merchants will not hesitate to adopt as it is supported by the government. But in our country it is not legal yet so i need to wait for more time to experience buying in a store using my bitcoins but still what matters is it is not illegal.

I wouldn't technically consider Bitcoin as a global currency, as it still isn't very widely known. Countries tend to like to have total control of their coin, and since Bitcoin is a P2P currency, their only kind of control is having a huge share of the 21 million coins. I really don't think it will become a global currency, as it is quite an unstable little thing.

Well bitcoin its already a global currency, sure countries and the most part of the world doesnt know bitcoin, but for me as long im able to send bitcoins anywhere over the world, makes it a global currency, i doubt countries will consider bitcoin a currency as its decentralized, it would be the same to call them idiots to control the fiat system.

and block size tx/s are limiting BTC hard later in future coin that have superior flexibility will win, Maybe BTC will remain as eGOLD token but it won't be unlimited use currency, once stupid miners will realize that block size and time is limiting coin it it will be over people will move to other faster vessel,
maybe we don't know name of it now for sure it won't be BTC with current state

I think bitcoin is already been a global currency almost all countries right now should have  a bitcoin because of popularity..
But we are still need more users so that the price of bitcoin will increase more if they can afford to buy more bitcoins..
I guess it has not been achieved, because there are some countries that still see bitcoin as a threat that it could make an illegal transaction becomes higher if it is made as a global currency. but, I also believe that bitcoin will be inaugurated as a global currency, because so many advantages possessed bitcoin of the losses that have for users bitcoin

It's not surprising,  and the governments won't be able to stop  bitcoin. We have to  hear good stuff  about this coin, not only negative ones . I'm in bitcoin, and i believe will become  the top global currency.

Yes bitcoin became very big  globally accepted currency . It will eventually be used even in illegal  position in some countries.  When it sees socially acceptance  from basic users like young adults , it will be even bigger.

Bitcoin is on its way to become  a global currency the advantage Bitcoin is,  is that if you have internet you  can make use of Bitcoin . The only thing that it  misses is paper money.

the more it is popular around the world and the more people accept it the better as it is causing price rises and so on
I do think that Bitcoin already is a global currency to be honest because you can make use of it if you have access to the internet.

Yeah its becoming global currency because many people in different countries are already using it and some are recognize by their government as well. truly btc has a bright future and i think soon it will be widely accepted.

Although it's recognized by the governments, Bitcoin is starting to lose its users. Monero is gaining territory right now, and even taking Bitcoin over. Soon... I think Bitcoin will go a little bit down.

I think you are sleping, you may have to know that monero is much more back away from bitcoin, and bitcoin is considered as a currency while your monero is just an asset for trade, and whenever the traders will get any othet alt they will leave monero to die.
