Bitcoin is better than western union, but it haven't reached most users. Only a limited number of people who have knowledge in computer have adopted it. Most common man prefer western union for their transaction needs.

Yes, it is really true and I agree with you that Bitcoin is much better than Western Union. First because bitcoin is faster, you don need to go to the outlet to send you wanted amount like western union, and also you dont need to fill up many forms and Ids. Second is sending bitcoins is much cheaper than western union and of course you dont need to travel to withdraw your coins.
WU is pure ripoff with their policy and fees ...

One question though. What else does Western Union provide than sending money? I cant think of anyhing else than that. So if this bitcoin will live a longer lifr and people trusted it I am surr for the WU fall.
Okay, that's a great question. but in my minds, the answer to your question just "nothing provide another rather than sending and receiving money" because the WU is made for the online transaction. and not like bitcoin with multiple usefulness in one time.

but there is a problem on bitcoin , not everyone can enjoy this bitcoin service. only those who have pc/smartphone could use bitcoin also not really grandma friendly. western union could used by anyone who want it without require any special thing.Western Union has so much fee associated for sending money overseas. Bitcoin on the other hand has no fee and it is the best choice if a person has option of both. Currently people are still using western union because they are unaware of the choice of bitcion which is available to them. and those who know about bitcoin will never go for western union again.

Actually transaction in bitcoin now are getting a little slower but still I dont mind about that. The fee is way better than Western Union so I would rather wait than pay too much which I can be sending more to my relatives.
Yeah people who are using bitcoin will definitely not use WU, as the fees of WU are too high, and with bitcoin you can transfer money anytime, there is no time schedule to follow in bitcoin.

While I agree that BTC is better than Western union, there are key differences that I think are significant:1. People are used to using WU.
2. Bitcoin is volatile
3. We usually have to exchange BTC to fiat. WU usually gives us fiat directly.
I think bitcoin is really better than western union cause i dont use western union, and in my information western union is on for me a money exchange or money transfer store. I didnt use western union cause many transfer store here that are better than western union
If people are aware about the fact that bitcoin is too cheaper as compared to WU then they would surely start knowing and using bitcoins for online transfers, but for that we need to make them aware and let them about the total technicality of bitcoins, and I bet once they start using bitcoins they would never enter the door steps of WU for sure...
