many people speculate and predict the price of bitcoin but I think we should still think positively about bitcoin so we don't have to worry because bitcoin will definitely be able to survive and will rise again
People normally think that bitcoin is dying, and yet their are still holding bitcoin. If you have doubt on bitcoin better to let it go and find another market. We don’t force anyone to hold here, its your decision to stay or not. Yes, we should be more positive so our life will become more positive too.😊

Truly, bitcoin's value is slowly dying. As of this posting, Bitcoin's value is now at $3200ish pretty bad with its current state right now. In my opinion, it will touch the $1500 mark (if given the current state and pace) by the end of first quarter next year. Usually first quarter of the year, coins experience further dip in price.

Usually we hadn't been in such a bad situation during so long time. But I believe it will recover one day, but not not sure it will be soon.
So let's do other things and work hard in order to make some more investments until it will start to grow.
You mean to continue to accumulate because the price is still cheap at the moment? Yes, that's true, however, there are investors who are still afraid, I don't know their reasons and they may have missed the train once it take off again. But we can't say that bitcoin is dying, we even had our 10 year anniversary and another 10 years in the making. Might take long to recover, but I'm sure we will when everything turns on our side again.

I can understand people that are afraid of investments. They see the current situation and no one can be 100% sure that it will work.
Maybe it's an easy money, but on the other hand it plays on our nerves too much Smiley
Exactly, for newbie investors, seeing the price plummet in 2018 is a scary picture to look at. lol. And I'm sure for majority of them, it's the first time they have witnessed it so we couldn't blame them. Risk is really hard to predict, if some investors doesn't know how to mitigate it then it possible he/she can suffer a big lost here.

Its not a death, its a retraction which is entirely different.   This price is still at this point well above my imaginations from 2014, 2015 and all the way upto early 2017 spring or so.   I didnt think it'd go that high at all, how can be anything close to death really, its resting heavily sure but to a large extent this can be argued as a very healthy pause to re-consolidate for the longer term.

I'm saying this with the context of the 2013 sharp rise into the lows that went on a long time it seem 2014 onwards.   People didnt give up then and I really dont expect them to do so now, I certainly hope not and my guess is many will continue to slowly develop each system as they best see fit.   There is a still a strong argument for development and as ever world GDP is positive and requires blockchains especially where they can help with efficient decentralised transfer.    The efficiency I think is key to the long term, I do read some of the most famous developers agreeing with that so I'm optimistic

Hey guys!

I have some btc in my wallet and I believed in best but yesterday I watched some crypto news and everything seems to be even worse than I expected.
Some crypto experts told that till the end of the year Bitcoin will lose 50% percents and will come to 2500-3000$..

I don't know whether to believe in it or not.. There are so mane predictions these days

If you don't know, you'd better not

But with such approach you'd better not approach crypto at all (no offense intended) as you will likely end up losing all your money buying at the top and selling at the bottom. Market loves people like you and it knows how to fool them into making losing trades. Panic buys and panic sells are called panic for a reason, you are to fall for them. In other words, if you want to succeed in this game and stay ahead of the pack, you should know exactly what you are doing and why you doing this. And then stick to your guns

When it comes to investing there is always a risk, what you need to learn is how to manage that risk, of all the coins in the market bitcoin offers the less risk and if you buy it now the chances the price will go much lower are not that high so your investment will have a very low risk and if you add money management techniques there will not be anything to be worried about, but those thoughts never cross the mind of most investors since the rely on their luck to make money in the markets.

You're right, sometimes we should stop thinking and just do at our own risk. It's a game anyway. Of course we should learn the market first and check all the things but you'll be never sure if it will work well.
Learn to risk and one day you'll get rich.
You just said the right thing.  We should learn to risk and one day we would be rich.  Bitcoin trading and investments has really made some people very wealthy and I believe that those that became wealthy really invest when the market is really in the bad shape.  For op bitcoin is not going to die and right investments is going to put us in the right direction.
The only thing I can't understand is why the market is still dying.. I'm sure there are really a lot of investments now from whales and from newbies..
I thought that it should positively affect the market, but it doesn't.
To cap it all a lot of investors are jittery and fears is catching potential investors recently the price pumps for while now it is back despite the fact that this is a new year is whales manipulating prices again?  All these negativity is affecting or killing bitcoin however its not the end of bitcoin having weather the storm in forms clamping down on exchanges, regulations etc.

We should think positive always even when the price fall more that there is good opportunity behind it when it rise again. Do not worry because what you have is a potential coin which will grow again in the market.

Luck won't give us assurance anyway, we should have to strive hard and to see the good results after. Yes the risk is higher compared to any form of investment but the possible amount we get is multiple times than from them.
I'll be better to risk my money and work on it.

A failed idea is not a scam, innovation attempts even if not successful are not incorrect.    I think a clearer view of the dynamics that led to price expanding and unwinding would be needed to fully understand what made ETH grow that much.    Just seems like all the speculation arrived all at once in 2017 when it takes maybe 5 years to setup a good business and thats probably a fast setup.

To conclude after 1 year oh it was never any good, I dont get that turn around in sentiment unless the idea was never going to work.

Everyone had their head in the clouds during 2017's overspeculation but they didn't manage their risk and weren't prepared for the long term project development timelines in this bearish context. It actually reminds me of the 2014-2015 bear market in Bitcoin. I think some of these ICO companies may actually surprise us in a couple years.

I also think securities laws fundamentally threaten the original ICO model. On top of the bear market, the enforcement actions from the SEC and ominous statements from commissioners really put a damper on investor sentiment.

I agree with you that failure =/= scam. Just like most traditional startups fail, we should expect most ICO schemes to fail. Some gems will emerge though. Binance was an ICO, as one example.

I hope they bleed out, Failed ICO-s that is. The more they need to liquidate is the better, so they burn faster.  After the trash is taken out we can rise again. I have to point out these SCAMS are stubborn and still many are out there with a lot of ETH for example.

To conclude after 1 year oh it was never any good, I dont get that turn around in sentiment unless the idea was never going to work.   If it was never working why did we assume a perfect scenario.   Thats the question market would have to work through, all pricing has the job of correctly labelling profit potentials and markets are duty bound to find correct price.

Bitcoin is plainer and simpler maybe but also is subject to massive tidal flows of new users.   The dynamics on the price is separate to its development and then mining also is probably another dynamic with its costs and hardware development also.   Simply BTC has done similar in the past and still advanced, its just a volatile type of asset which means we move up and down and its still ok

It's definitely not dying it's just need to release some price pressure after those 2017 bull run and in 2018 it goes a bubble bursting to make a price correction. We should get panic if the price goes down to bottom as we know how strong the bitcoin community to support the daily demand. Taking advantage of the downfall is a good strategy while the price is affordable we need to increase our investment to buy more bitcoin at every downfall.

Well, we have different perception because BTC doesn't have a specific value. People tend to say things without having a valid reason and all are just speculation. From the moment it has given a value, it rises suddenly and the attention focuses on volatility. This is why, we can't really determine what could be the value in the coming years and I would rather support it to increased in the next year.
well, the decline in prices can't be said that bitcoin is dying. even though it did make a lot of people panic, however, I felt that it was a natural thing, because I read a number of articles that said that bitcoin transactions continued to increase.

I don't think so btc will die. This questions is there from long time, we cannot even think of it due to the market fluctuation the prices are going low and lot of people in panic selling the bitcoin which is not good. Kindly HODL the btc for few weeks to see the better result. BTC is widely used across the globe and it cannot be denied simply.

Few weeks, hey? In few weeks it will be 2K. You mean few years i guess.

You know now for years some are telling it will die , it is bubble , will reach to 100$ etc and still Btc is at 4K levels itself proves how wrong their calculation has being and could mean that they are only not able to make money and just keep on speculating that it will die  which is not happening for next decade atleast .
