I like that responce, markets have a purpose and its not to give nice prices to people who want to make a profit. The market has a purpose to serve society and prove itself useful, partly that comes through channelling investment to viable and efficent processes long term.
Tulips are pretty special, when planted they will flower for half a century I think. I know people who have been gone for decades now, the flowers or tulips in this case are there every year returning just where they were placed which compared to every other cost of acquiring flowers of that quality makes tulips incredibly cheap.
I'm sure Bitcoin whatever the price it has, must be providing something cheaper to the world then otherwise would be possible without it. If its unique technology then it must help people in some way or another. The price we are guessing on doesnt even matter, the underlying blockchain surviving in the best possible iteration of transaction handling is what really matters. Is it dying no, its probably evolving and refining itself I expect thats a must
