According to my friend preev.com, as of press time, the value of Bitcoin is standing at $2,351. Though I would say that this still considered as a feat, some are worried because it almost reached $2,800 again after the correction that happened days ago.

I have read that the decline can partly be contributed to newcomers especially neophyte traders who still have to be well-versed on the market...and can easily be ignited to do panic selling once they can fell that anything can be wrong.

Against this backdrop...are you holding on to your Bitcoin or transferring it into another digital currency?
I want to hold my bitcoin in long term. Bitcoin have proof that will fall but suddenly will rise again. I want to stick with the bitcoin. I just wanna try other coins if which is better to hold but as of now, I am satisfied in bitcoin. I earned money from bitcoin and I purchased of what I want and what I need. Panic selling because they don't have any experience of bitcoin process. It will reach $2,800 then it will $3000 in the coming months. Do you see what bitcoin can do? It can dominate the fiat currency and even other virtual coins.

Panic may, but do not overdo it. Because panic to something as popular as bitcoin because the price is falling and then you sell it, I think you will regret in the near future because I've experienced something like this. We must stay calm and be sure bitcoin will rise again.
Most people see bitcoin prices down they panic to quickly sell it because it is feared the price is decreasing it had never experienced before, But with excessive panic will make it regret because after the price down we do not rush to sell it but patiently waiting for the price to go back even though it's in the long term.

It's a cycle, dump and pump can really happen in btc, there's no need to panic. Since btc is still capable to pump soon like it did before. Same with it can lower the value but not as low as it is before.

Bitcoin is really volatile, as a bitcoin user you must know that. We don't need to panic with the every movement of the price of bitcoin we see, when the price dumps, we panic, when it pumps, we celebrate and being positive. Why don't we just wait if it dumps and see what might happen, we just need to be active to read some news about it, we don't need to panic.

I am trying to only hold onto my Bitcoins because the price per coin is very likely to have a large price in the upcoming years. If I make a bunch of Bitcoins I will try to only sell portions of it instead of selling a whole Bitcoin for fiat.
Yes i agree that it is better to hold your bitcoin in this state. Because even if the bitcoin price fall down it does not mean that it will stop going up and developing. And asides development also needs decentralization and dull moments on its price. So it take full courage and trust to trust on the further development of bitcoin for you to earn more. Panic selling may just cause lose of future income in you may regret doing it as soon the price of bitcoin increase and strike high.

I do holding bitcoin and some of my money are in different currencies so I can buy more altcoins as it dumps. Of thou shall panic selling, you'll be one of people who'll make big whales richer since dumpers which is big whales are dumping bitcoin so they can get profit from people who panic selling their bitcoins.

Why can't bitcoin users understand that every price 'crash', correction and dip is a good sign? It's not the end of the world.
It strengthens Bitcoin because it allows for new users to join the game, buy coins at a cheaper price and more users= greater adoption = higher stability and price.

It's mainly because of the fact that they nearly always wrongly time their actions. It's not for nothing that people here experiece the price to go down at the time they buy, and the price to go up when they sell. These people haven't got a single clue about how this market works, what an overbought price looks like, what bottoms are, etc -- nothing of that all makes sense to them. It's pure gambling that they do....

I think that's panic time for new bitcoin trader or holder. They buy bitcoin hoping the price will rise but in fact the price continue to fall. But for veteran trader it is time to make profit. Taking opportunity from panic sellers they collect a lot of bitcoin with lower price. RIsing and dropping bitcoin price is usual comparing to fiat movement like dollar. in one hour the sharp rise and drop sometime very high. That causes panic selling like  I did.

Those people that don't realize the drop of bitcoin's price are newbies. They are always looking for the price of bitcoin to be always at the peak. I'm one of those people that is not understand every crash before and I see every crash now as a regret before for not using the chance by those dips to keep on buying.

Situations like this to me, does not worth losing sleep over because volatility is part of bitcoin at this time and its normal for it to happen. Everything we hear about correction or adjustment, is just a term I believe coined by someone to give explanation to what is happening and not exactly what is going on. For me, I am not selling rather I am buying more because one thing is sure the price is recovering and its something that have happened in this past few hours.
Good keeping bitcoins for future use best idea. this is really confusing question hold or transferring BTC to another digital currency. If we can hold bitcoins for the long term, it will give good profit that is why people are saving bitcoins. And in another way, the other digital currencies are also becoming popular in the digjtal market if we convert our BTC to another digital currency it will give good profit. Both are worth so what to do now?

All these panic moods among Bitcoin users and even fluctuations in prices for crypto currency, small Why standardized trends that occur almost every year. This is not critical and I think that nothing terrible is happening.

Personally, I think that selling or switching to another crypto currency isn't the right thing to do as of now. Nor is panicking.
This is just a good moment to buy some more before it goes back up!

Do not ever do the name panic selling, it is a silliness for those who are still new in trading
Panic selling is a newbie habit, but it doesn't limit itself to newbies only.

People some times get too excited with the quick increases, and heavily over invest to potentially bump their gains. Or they foolishly invest with borrowed money.

If the market doesn't move in their preferred direction, they get sweaty hands, feel the ground under their feet slowly crack open, and there is just one thing that gets them to calm down and prevent even higher losses.

Yep, that's panic selling.

I still hold bitcoin because I believe this is just a correction and the price will soon recover, there is no reason now to do panic selling. Fluctuations are still reasonable, and since you created this thread until now the price is slowly recovering. So there is no reason to do panic selling, this will make the price worse if done. Or maybe it's better to buy, it will be more profitable.
its just a shake created by those who already gaining a lot from this investment and for sure even they dumped newcomers will buy it and the rebound will start that's why there's no reason to panic and sell what you are holding just keep it hold and like you mention if possible to buy even more to gain such good profits when btc hyped up again.
