Maybe not,the same can be said about traditional transaction systems, they have managed to survive with the changing environment, so yea,maybe bitcoin has that survival trait too
right now it is, and for now I stand behind it, if you just think about the price I am not sure because anything can always happen that bitcoin will decline and thus breach consumer confidence. Or it may even come in a different form, that is, an update that would change bitcoin. We all know that the amount of bitcoin is limited, and it will be more valuable if everyone wants to have it because they realize that bitcoin is useful if used for investments or transactions. when the number of requests gets bigger, while the number of offers decreases, I'm sure the price of bitcoin will get higher. and with that logic, I'm also not sure if bitcoin will become extinct.
Bitcoin has become a world power already. There is no stopping the bitcoin/cryptocurrencies revolution. Bitcoin, altcoins and the blockchain have come to stay. Bitcoin will be the basis on which the next generation of payment systems is going to be built. I believe so!!
Yes I agree with you, Because the price of bitcoin will increase because it is becoming more and more people aware of bitcoin every year. And I'm sure it will increase once the government adopts bitcoin. So don't be afraid of the fuds that are spreading now that the whales are just made, to scare us and force us to sell.
I also believe that every year bitcoin users are increasing, with many people having their respective goals with bitcoin. as long as the increase is still happening then bitcoin will not go extinct, we only need to wait until the government starts to look at it. if that happens maybe the price will be even better
Well, saying that you make it sound like there won't be any other currency transformation. But we can't predict that just yet. Bitcoin is definitely here to stay for a very long. would there be another form of money? Well, it's too soon to draw up conclusions.
No one can extinct bitcoin, if this was possible, this government and the media would have done a big blow to it, they have to just accept its reality and the certainty that it's more real than their legalized counterfeit fiat.

If that will happen everything else in crypto currencies will be affected. It could never be extinct in a way that its supply and demand is just a cycle. Bitcoin supply will always be there more likely when users sell there btc. And demand exist when users need to buy again. Its definitely a cycle, users buy and sell.
In crypto market all the coins are survive in cycle so we always see both pump and dump in crypto market. But we can see huge pump also at sometimes so that kind of raise will balloon because once we buy continuous it will growing faster and some time it will blast. But Bitcoin is a forever cryptocurrency so we don't think extinct at anymore. What will happen is that, all the bitcoins will be mined, but it doesn't necessarily means that the bitcoin will be extinct. Why? Since every halving we can notice price increase, as if all the bitcoin will be mined, the market price of bitcoin will be so huge. In a sense that, every people would like to hodl bitcoin, and because of huge demand, it can be a replacement to fiats in terms of daily transactions.
I am truly believing with this, bitcoin will never going to be extinct. As long as there are still people who are using and buying it, it is impossible to happen. We all know that bitcoin has a lot of use, we can actually use it to invest in some projects in which we can earn a lot of money if we really trust projects that are great. We can also use this as a payment method in which in every transaction we can really do it in just a milliseconds using some application or a website for us to transact. It is also a source of income to us knowing that there are lots of techniques to earn bitcoin, investing, mining, trading and joining some bounty campaigns.

There is no such thing as forever in this world and all things will eventually end but there are those which exhibit long-lasting qualities and I am expecting that Bitcoin can be a part of that list. As long as there is a good demand and supply, I think Bitcoin will be doing fine and we will continue appreciating and making Bitcoin popular and widely used. Nobody can be sure of the future. With the way it is right now, Bitcoin could not survive due to scalability problem so let's hope that acceptable solutions can be found for many challenges that Bitcoin is facing. As long as there are people like us who love to use and trade Bitcoin, then this coin is not going to be extinct, definitely!

You must be talking here of the price of Bitcoin, am I correct? In the near and far away future, as long as Bitcoin's demand is increasing its price has the chance to also continue expanding though it is not going to be on a straight line. The history of Bitcoin has been littered with many surprises and unexpected stories so it will be the same for the next 10 more years. There will be small and big dips, crashes, bears, bulls and many things in between. Just continue on hodling and soon you will be rewarded.

All those alternative coins are following bitcoin path, runs under the shadow of bitcoin, if bitcoin price increase, so does altcoins and if bitcoin price plummets, altcoins more likely going to crash, lose 90% its value like before. Bitcoin PoW, consensus, and nodes make sure bitcoin really has something backed it up, different from most altcoins.
If Libra coin really accepted, it can't be compared to bitcoin, stable coins and bright-future bitcoin are not in the same frequency.
We can never tell. When gold and silver were the currencies in the previous centuries, they should have thought that they were the best forms of money. And when the current version of fiat were invented, they must have also thought the same. And then Bitcoin came out of the brilliant mind of Satoshi. We all think it is the best and no other cryptocurrency could replace it. For now, I agree. But we don't exactly know what the future brings.

We can't be certain about something in the future ,
We don't know if Bitcoin would really survive for so long we don't know if some crypto would replace it soon,
But I think crypto would go on and it would never extinct even if Bitcoin goes down other crypto would surely takes it's place.
