When bitcoin prices always rise or fall hundreds or even thousands of dollars per day then many people say that bitcoin is gambling, they do not understand about decentralization so just think that this is gambling.
Oh yes we are, are we? you guys are the smallest members of this huge body, mostly people here think of Bitcoin as their job, major investors wont care about internet because it doesn't cost them anything of significant value. their time is not wasted, they know how to manage their times. Bitcoin is gambling if you are going to invest a large amount of money but it worth every single dollar you gamble on it when price goes up. gambling part is because of the surprises of the market and fluctuations. BTC is a new game unlike any.
Overall, it is not. But when you're looking at it in other perspectives, yes, it is. Some factors that contribute to Bitcoin and any other cryptocurrencies have a lot more gamble-esque type of scenarios, and I think that's what other people see it. We're talking about digital currency, a whole new upgrade of what we're used to. For me, investing and trading in or with it is a gamble. I mean, you're risking your money to maybe grow or not. That's one example of gambling.
I guess it's not gambling, but considering the process is like gambling, you redeem your money to bitcoin where its value will go down and up every time. But what's the difference here if your gamble money will not increase when you lose, while the bitcoin is fixed just the same value is reduced.

For me it depends on how the way you invest. it is gambling if you do short time or day trading it is not gambling if you are doing long term investment. it really depends on how you deal with your money in bitcoin

Why many people are saying that bitcoin is a gambling?? Are they not aware about the benefits of bitcoin and the good things that brings to the people who are usually used bitcoin as there income. My friends who as intellectual knowledge about bitcoin and also who teach me about this bitcoin is not a gambling.

Only if they place online bets with Bitcoin then it would be considered as a gambling hobby, nothing else. 
I dont know why they call it gambling, gambling is a waste of time and money and Bitcoin trading is investing money and time and getting a profit from it. Gambling is just losing money because you cant win, the house always wins. In trading, if you lose, you lose the difference between buying and selling.

Indeed. Bitcoin was not really a game for every one instead it was a way on how people can totally have an opportunity to earn money in terms of using their technological gadgets with the collaboration of having an internet connection to have an open access with it to start doing a job so you can have earn an income through it. Gambling is a kind of games that some people are bieng addicted and this game is to risky its either you loose your money or you win. Unlike bitcoin your are investing your money and its very clear and safe that your money will earn more profits. So bitcoin is not a gambling its an investment.
For a long time I am struggling to explain the difference of gambling and investing to people. When you gamble you don`t own anything, you just bet and when the game is over you don`t have anything but here even if the price decrease you own coins and you can wait or make another investment with the owned coins.

So the question should really be are some gambles more achievable or more worthwhile than others.Bitcoin is what our progeny will come to know as money , what they will take for granted as the means for buying stuff they need.We can fight it all we want but its coming.
Yes, I agree with your opinion. Bitcoin is not gambling. I think it is very necessary for human life is not a form of gambling. Gambling is illegal and investing in bitcoin is not illegal. So bitcoin is not gambling. Hopefully those who view bitcoin as a form of gambling will understand this issue.
