I love that those books are used for monitor stands.
Haha most I didn't actually open much. I did learn the stuff in there, just not from the books, mostly. Big waste of money >_< Especially the solid state physics one I didn't open, it's really thickly written. And it was €80 Angry

Oh well, it does serve a purpose now Cheesy

Is that a gold-bar USB stick where you keep your bitcoins? (similar to http://www.amazon.com/HDE-Gold-Bar-Flash-Drive/dp/B00443EWG2/ref=pd_sim_sbs_misc_2)

Indeed it is, well spotted eagle eyes, though with the lenders forum interest rates with guaranteed returns being 1.5 - 2% per week! & pirate pass throughs of 6.9% per wk compound, let alone direct with pirate for 7% it's no surprise that that usb storage bar is empty atm, just as I would love a 1oz gold Casascius BTC1,000 coin but atm the opportunity cost is too high for me as in 1 year I could buy 2 by safe lending.

edit: one needs BTC1,000 Casascius gold coins that can also be loaned, the btc of them that is...    Tongue

Your greed, people, will be your downfall.

By that you mean... ?!

I think he's referring to scammy ponzis, investments that hide their source of capital, unverified stocks/bonds, etc.

DO WANT!

If only amazon accepted BTC. I hate the hassle of buying gift cards for BTC etc etc.

Yes! We have delivery, many thanks guys!

I bet 1,000 BTC that your desk was a cluster-fuck prior to you taking that pic. Still, evoorhees you're not.  Grin

You totally win that bet - here's just some of the stuff that was shoveled out of sight & that was still after a good 30 minutes clean up (I don't have maids like evoorhees unfortunately) & @psy, nope I ordered a 3 month sub on the 25th of May when the first issue had just been printed.

Aussie reporting in, got my issue today. I actually squealed with delight when I saw it had turned up too  Tongue.

As someone who has followed Bitcoin quite a while, I must say it's actually a very interesting read. Very down to earth, informative, and not over the top hype. I loved the tone of the writing in the mag. Can't wait to see what we get in the next issue!

Matthew,

yesterday morning I wrote a mail to [email protected] as per your advice and... yesterday evening, when I returned at home, a copy of the magazine was waiting for me in my mailbox! Smiley

Now, let me say that I'm happy for the (long) wait, it was well worth it, I like the magazine, keep the good work!
