The world of investing has long been accused of being a male-dominated “old-boys club”. Women in this environment frequently complain that they are frozen out, treated badly or have to work harder than men to make good.
Treated Badly on what matter mate?there are several friend of Mine whos girls and no complaint at all,i don't know where did you get that idea as the world now are equally for Male or Female,Gays or Lesbians .

So you would have thought that the 21st century’s developing fetch scene might have leveled the playing field between the sexes. However, evidence suggests the rush to online finance platforms and investments has done nothing to boost equality.
maybe it is just Women is not usually in trading, since this needs Guts and skills in which mostly Male has.

Instead, the digitally driven world of artificial intelligence, Bitcoin and blockchain is as sexually unbalanced as the banking, property and commodity markets industries that preceded it. Tech industries are inherently male-dominated for reasons that include boys being introduced to gadgets at a younger age, leading to just 16% of computer science undergraduates being female.
Lol banks mostly run by women's,Go in banks and you'll find majority of them are female  Grin Grin Grin

Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies first became popular in the geekiest parts of the tech and finance industries, both male-dominated. The early word was spread mainly on Reedit and forums for discussing video games.

Know what?instead of making this a problem why not just invest and be contented?let time brings this to the market.

"Bitcoin don't need more women", rather it will be real nice to have more women in crypto, but unfortunately most women dislike techy stuffs, 80% of them don't even make use of their browsers except they want to download something on the internet , they are just never interested in anything that involves tech, have tried teaching a few of them about crypto, but after teaching them they still don't get it, they are always hooked on social media, aside from that they aren't interested in what ever you have to say, that's why you rarely see woman in crypto.

You should support your arguments with verifiable data, I am not saying that you do not have any reason in your conjectures, but the source (data) is essential to these types of ideas, we cannot leave everything to a personal feeling or simply to what is read.

Let's start with that title, on which you base yourself for such a premise, I think that bitcoin needs more action in the execution and less blah! blah! regardless of the gender, the technological and social revolutionary impulse honestly should not have this type of social anthropology.

Women are earning their space, but due to an impulse of the genre in a long struggle of years that shows it with facts in its execution, look around you and you will find women performing in previously unthinkable positions.

If there is an area that is very open and that allows meritocracy is technology, check the statistics of the largest technology companies you will find related data that may lead you to think otherwise, in any case I do not know how it (op) can be related to the bitcoin environment so we have to say bitcoin needs more women.  Huh

Actually men dominant in Blockchain technology, with a few women, before any thing, remember the men are the head leading the family of bitcoin with a strong hands, which every one know that bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrency, therefore the woman are the support.

I don't know how you treat woman in your country but there are a lot of women leading and dominant in this community. They are not developers but they can be an influential individual. They can be whoever they wanted and you can just limit them into support, they can be a whale or an investor.

Well, there are women in the crypto and blockchain industry, I doubt that only a few of them know cryptocurrency. Also, we have preferences and there are particular courses where women like such as tourism and accountancy. I'm encouraging my loved ones to invest in cryptocurrency and learn more about it but they aren't interested. The crypto community doesn't need women, it needs more users that will trust its potential and besides, there are plenty of women are already in the crypto industry, maybe they're shy to show themselves or don't want to talk about it in public, one of the characteristics of women.

What bitcoin need is more people in this industry. When you enter in any platform it does not need only men to do the job well done. There's no gender preferences when it comes to adoption of this technology. I don't understand others that there should be more women to be involved in bitcoin, in fact women are already involved in bitcoin.  You know, anyone can join, any gender can join and learn all about bitcoin.
^ Definitely, bitcoin does not need gender and all are welcome whoever they are as long as willing to risk their money on bitcoin. Both women and men are now treated equal, as you can see, most female working on males works. They are now can able to drive any vehicles that before, only men can do that. Literally, there is no specific gender upon adopting bitcoin, all are welcome as long as you understand how this technology work as an asset or financial transaction.

There are already many women within the Cryptocurrency Industry but they are kinda shy so they wanted to keep being Anonymous once there would be a lot of people that encourage women like this one and I think most women within the Cryptocurrency Industry are thankful for being empowered. Big companies could also train and empower woman to pursue their careers within the Blockchain Industry and from that they can start creating things within the Cryptocurrency Industry.

When people say women, the first thing that always come to mind is "weak". This old traits are so common in any community that really need to stop. However, we must admit that women nowadays are way too far than the old times. We are even more stronger and tougher, we can even do those things that guys  can do. People should never underestimate the ability of modern women, and need to give much respect and value for we the most special human being for without us, the world will just seems so dark because women's brought used to be the light.  Wink
As for the Crypto world, I think its not really necessary whether women or men investing here in order for Bitcoin to move up higher. I believe that Bitcoin is being created for everyone regardless the gender of an individual. It absolutely needs more humans to use, invest, and keep trusting its value and great profits for a better movement in the market. Lastly, I believe that there are lots of women's that are doing great here in Crypto and I have lots of female friends in here, making great profits just like any men does. So, maybe we just treat each other equally here.

There's still that taboo about men and women.

But we all knew that there's no relevance to the comparison of more about users' gender because it is needed and welcome. The bitcoin community and investors are open to any gender.
Yeah and its just sad to think that people are still worrying or making this an issue where gender does really matter when it comes to a particular thing.
Everything is free to choose on which one and where they do tend to engage and theres no such thing about inequality yet this had been a debatable ever since
which it isnt really worth to spend some time.Everyone is welcome as long you do know on what you are doing and people should respect on people
been dealing with this market neither they are a boy or girl.
We have gender equality.

If you say a sexist remark, you'll be flamed by the community that you have offended. And in bitcoin, there's no incident like that.

We're in an open community that accepts anything and it's not that really important whatever is the gender of the holder.

Mastering knowledge in their field is an absolute thing and can be done by any man or woman. Currently women are not only caretakers of the family, but women have achieved gender equality and are able to compete with men in any field. With technology that continues to develop rapidly and the number of women who master it, of course women take part in developing the company in which they live.

After seeing your profile on Bitcointalk, I believe that you are a woman who is not blind to technology and participates in cryptocurrency technology. Even the year of creation of your account is the same as the account I use today. You are an extraordinary woman to have survived to this day. May always successful.

I agree with you. Very kind words.
Thank you for your support, you are a friendly and not arrogant man with your rank.
I’m getting more and more excited about my career in any field. Including in this technology, which will not make us left behind,
because technology is always advancing, and we develop with it.

In the absence of gender restrictions in my country, it makes women free to decide their future and career according to the fashion they are interested in.
By not abandoning her nature as a woman. I keep washing, cooking, shopping, and many more of the usual women’s habits.

Although I have contributed little fully in this field. But I kept trying, wanting to give the best I could do. And I still want to learn to this day.
I am grateful because to this day I can eat, when others lose their jobs, frustrating even suicide.
I have always believed God will always give way to his servants who will try.

I think, it doesn't matter, man or woman, as a man, it is an obligation to earn income.  women are slower, want to be modest a lot and are apathetic, but I believe women contribute a lot to the world of bitcoin investing than trading and bounty projects.  to be sure, men and women have a positive contribution to the future of bitcoin.

More men or women. I don't see any relevance to it.

Bitcoin is for everyone so it doesn't actually need more women because it is open for both males and females. I don't see any argument about it. These gender arguments are vague to me.

It is that men are more into technology than women but it doesn't mean that there are no women that are into bitcoin.
Bitcoin is an innovation created for the benefit of common men and women. So there is no need of an argument that more women need to get into bitcoin. To the men using bitcoin, the women using the same is very low. In all fields women have their contribution, in that way expecting more women into bitcoin usage is healthy for the bitcoin community.
There's still that taboo about men and women.

Do you have to get the exact same data or really balance between men and women? If you want that balance to exist or data to be the same between the two, I don't think that will ever happen because even case like that not only happen in the crypto market or this community. Both genders will remain use of bitcoin itself and I don't think it's a problem and also, such accusations (“old-boys club”) really won't affect the bitcoin market. So there is no problem here because after all, the involvement of the sexes with bitcoin is still there because even every existing project and even project that is newly built has female workers and that's for sure.
