While this industry is dominated by men (especially in terms of project ownership, startups, technical abilities, etc.), I honestly think this is not all about gender. It doesn’t matter. If women choose to be in this industry, just let them be. If they are so passionate about Bitcoin, then let them become passionate like Lea Thompson of Girl Gone Crypto. What matters right now is the continuous education, awareness and adoption of Bitcoin, blockchain and cryptocurrencies around the world.

Socialist ideas have no place in cryptocurrency, because it is a Libertarian concept. A large fraction of the world population doesn't want to work and lives on handouts. For them topics such as wealth redistribution and repatriation are very important. But I don't think that these measures can be implemented in the cryptocurrency sector. The simple reason is that unlike the case with fiat currency, no central authority can print additional coins and distribute them as handouts. The total supply is under strict control.

There is no difference between men and women for investing in Bitcoin everyone can use Bitcoin if they have knowledge the investment will be based on the crypto market and your own experience. However of girls the use of bitcoin is much less boys are more enterprising. If you have knowledge and experience about Bitcoin will use both for investment.

More people should invest in Bitcoin actually not just women but all sexes. It doesn't matter which gender are you, the main goal is to spread the knowledge about Bitcoin.
Basically, investment does not have to be a man, a woman can try investing, but unfortunately not many women like the world of investing.
But what bitcoin has to offer today is privacy as well as decentralization, so I don't think it's about bitcoin needing anyone, because we actually need bitcoin.

In this forum, we do not have gender that need to be shown. There should be no distinction between male and female here same as no discrimination both gender. If the admin on the forum wants to distinguish male and female then the account itself would specify by having a profile picture but this is not the case. We the bitcoiners does not  have any issue with gender but yes we do love any women to join in bitcoin.
Agree, as long as we invest and making money on cryptocurrency, gender doesn't matter. In any case, every work is not just applicable to one gender as long as we want to grind and earn more money. People are just into discrimination that's why there's a huge gap between it. If people aren't judgemental then prolly, there's a huge change in crypto, not just only here but in different jobs and opportunities. \

Maybe what op is pointing about the Approach Woman has ,their charismatic way in encouraging will add value to the system.
there are no chance of them won t count.

And I also think the lack of females in cryptocurrency is because a small number of women work in the field of technology and finance. But I'm sure that in a few years the statistics will change and women will be more interested in the world of stock exchanges, technology, and finance.

I think the difference between males and females is that women have tread carefully in case of new investment. Men are more likely to rush into a bubble. And that's why a lot of women aren't invested in bitcoin.

Well. I understand that bitcoin has only a few women users rather than men because I assume that women are not risk-taker or are not confident enough to invest their money in cryptocurrency and other sources of investment. But, bitcoin and crypto usage aren't about gender because everybody can freely use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, and bitcoin is not only about the investment that its real purpose is to be an alternative payment for fiat currency as a digital currency, so not only can women use bitcoin, that more people will be using and buying bitcoin worldwide shortly when every government in other countries will start to accept bitcoin.

For a decentralized asset such as Bitcoin, you can't make distinction based on gender, race, language or religion. The majority of Bitcoin users may be male, but we don't know that yet. No one has ever prepared a "billionaire list" for Bitcoin holders. Obviously there is the Bitcoin distribution chart prepared by rpietila, which can be accessed here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/distribution-of-bitcoin-wealth-by-owner-316297

Statutory warning: multiple users have warned me that rpietila is mentally unstable and is currently undergoing treatment at a sanatorium in Estonia. So use the tables with caution.

Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023

Bitcoin is for all humanity either Male or female in the world as long you are ready to obey the rules and regulations of bitcoin in the platform which will help you to go far in digital currency. Many women are into bitcoin investment over some years now, which they don't like to show their self like men in bitcoin investment, that always show their self in profit making which is making them to look more popular than women in the community. Women are always busy with children and other home things, that is making them not to show more interest just because they don't too have time to work with bitcoin like men does, that make them popular than women.
Men are still dominating in the exchange market where you can see thousands of men in the market, waiting for customers to buy from them in the market to make a good profit. Since bitcoin started rising in the market many women are now showing interest on bitcoin despite their home occupation which is making other women not to have interest on bitcoin because there will not be chance for them to Carter for the family.
Bitcoin is still pumping that is making more women and more men to show more interest on bitcoin investment because of the steady pumping many women are experiencing in the market.

I don't think bitcoin has relied upon ladies since it has invited each gender, yet if we cooperate, we can make bitcoin more well known and valuable.
All of my family members including ladies use bitcoins, they additionally persuade their spouses to check out bitcoins as well.
I believe we already have large amounts of women in this forum and who's knows they're higher than Men's.

I don't know what's the Reason behind needing Gender specification here when the truth is we wanted to remain anonymous so there is no mentioning of genders.

But also I think the Approach of another Gender is needed for the distribution of Knowledge and spreading of Word.
I met couple of Bitcoin trader (in which woman) but they care nothing about Who's territory is this as long as they are profiting and continue supporting Bitcoin.

because men have a higher brain volume than women in every subcortical region they look at, including the hippocampus (which plays a broad role in memory and spatial awareness), amygdala (emotion, memory, and decision making), striatum (learning, inhibition). , and reward processing), and the thalamus (processing and conveying sensory information to other parts of the brain).

men have high analysis even though women mostly have characteristics as marketing but decision making is always in men, so even with an investment including in bitcoin and blockchain technology, I often see project teams filled with women although not as many as men for marketing purposes

I quote a few words from the article: https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/04/study-finds-some-significant-differences-brains-men-and-women

I am not sexist but, usually, men are more into technology compared to women, so that is why the ratio of men/women who are interested in crypto favors men. There are only a few women who are involved in crypto and I think that gender has nothing to do with gender, everyone is welcome, there is also no need to compare the number of women in crypto.

Latest stats indicate that more and more women are venturing in to cryptocurrency. No one is preventing them from investing in cryptocurrency. Being a female myself, I have to say that most of the women are likely to stick with low-risk options such as bank deposits and bonds. It is their choice not to invest in cryptocurrency, and no one else needs to bother about it.

For me there is no basis for us to look at the gender of someone who wants to learn or use bitcoin, whether it is male or female it doesn't matter. Nowadays, women can do the same as man can do for as long as she cares about what she's doing and the willingness to learn. Bitcoin is made for everyone who loves it and has no and gender indiscriminate.

I agree with people who think that Bitcoin doesn't "need" more women. It is just about having interest in it. I don't say that there isn't unequality in some sectors between men and women in the world. But this is just about whether you like it or not. It seems that men are more curious about this subject comparing to women.

Bitcoin is a digitized Cryptocurrency and is not limited to anyone or gender. It’s a thing of choice for the individual to decide where he or she wants to trade or invest. Bitcoin is for everybody and anyone can have as many as possible. I don’t know if there is any technological tool that gives the number of male and female in bitcoin, if these be the case then we can’t exactly tell the number of female bitcoin owners. So why should we think bitcoin needs more women? When we don’t know how many women bitcoin has and if they are more than the men.

I think the problem here is your subject. Bitcoin doesn't need more women. It doesn't even need any specific gender. It simply needs users. 'People' who will use it rightfully and fulfil its primary aim. You could have simple say that women who deal with bitcoin are very few. Not making it seem as Bitcoin can't do without women.

There should be no issue of gender here, more the people and adoption better it is. It can be more of women as comparison to men it will not matter till the time demand exists in the market it is all fine. But yes overall considering the ratio of both, only thing I have observed is that females are less in comparison due to various reasons it could be, but that should not stop for females to buy bitcoin.

Besides, it's not just in cryptocurrency. Things that has to do with tech have a lower percentage of females in them. Programming and the rest. However their number has been increasing.
