if you think you already have a bitcoin balance for now just bear it. but if you want to buy bitcoin ,you buy altcoin ethereum because now the price ethereum again down and unstable but if later the bitcoin price is stable it will likely be up and fit to get a big profit if playing altcoin and bitcoin because now equally as profitable because you can choose for now bitcoin prices will continue to rise. and the time is now altcoin prices are likely to be unstable fit to invest buy at a small price because later it will surely rise again
It is very easy to answer practically and theoretically also straight forwardly saying that my choice will be Bitcoin only not ethereum. See as simple it is as per todays rate bitcoin is almost 14000USD and ethereum is almost 450 USD what you want me to choose obviously I will go with bitcoin only.
Based on my experience, i will choose bitcoin because it gives a good return of investment in a short period of time.
you better buy ethereum only. because now the price is not so expensive to get 1 ethereum. chances are also next year the price of ethereum will go up, so you can also make a profit.

For now I recommend you to buy bitcoin because by the end of this year bitcoin prices continue to soar unlimited. For next year I see the unlimited potential possessed by ethereum to become the biggest competitor of bitcoin. So I highly recommend that you invest your money in bitcoin and ethereum. 
btc will always be no1
Still believe in bitcoin over ethereum. Eth cant beat Btc in a race sure. Btc will not accept being beaten by other crypto. The more its being attacked, the more it will dominate at the top
Ethereum is sliding down ever since it attained the peak of 0.145 BTC a few months back. There has been no respite and the prices have been constantly on the dip. Right now it is trading at 0.0313 BTC per coin, which represents a decline of more than 75% from its peak. But I don't think that Bitcoin is the main culprit for this dip. On the other hand, I guess that it is the emergence of BCH, which caused the ETH prices to drop this much.
I'm leaning more towards ethereum. Its price is falling right now, however it is projected to increase significantly until the end of 2018. Due to the falling price there might be a good buying opportunity right now.
Yes this is a good opportunity to buy eth while its price is down. Bitcoin's price is rising for now thats why I recommend you to buy eth that btc. Just hold it and wait until eth's price gets high again.

Both Bitcoin and ethereum are a good buy. But practically speaking i would buy ethereum because bitcoin now is too costly and my budget wont seem to buy atleast 1 btc. Ethereum has a good market same with bitcoin is just the price is miles away but i am positive that i will gain enough for long term investment.

Actually in my opinion, I have no better preferance than these two coins, whether its bitcoin or ethereum, for me its gonna give me good profit and they're both good coins for keeps. If you got so much trust in btc then go ahead and choose btc but either way, you can buy any of these two.
I always preferred bitcoin,more than ethereum.
Both are actually profitable. But if you want to invest according to which has the lowest price now,its ethereum. But if you want to invests and have a big profit,I think it is bitcoin. These two have their own advantages and disadvantages,so think wisely.
I'll go with bitcoin. Because ethereum's growth is slow than bitcoin. I tried the ethereum mining and it was like my electricity bill is much bigger than the ethereum I've got. But who knows what will happen to ethereum. It might surpass bitcoin someday. There is no permanent in the world but change
Ethereum certainly provide much wider user cases and could be the operations system for block chain in the future. Its value should also reflect that. Bitcoin may continue hold on to its value and become a speculative asset a bit like gold.
I will hold on to BTC for now, but will try to sell alts for ETH. For now ETH is not growing like BTC but its opportunity will come some day.

Now bitcoin shows very rapid growth. I think that soon there will be a correction. And it will be a good time to buy coins. Now it is equally advantageous to invest in bitcoin and in eth
I am currently choosing Ethereum. I believe that this is a more forward-looking direction, and Bitcoin will soon start to fall dramatically. Strong crypto remains, however, such as ETH.
In your place I will buy both
I am and will be continuing to hold both of them but I am slowly increasing my Ethereum holdings in relation to my bitcoin holdings. Probably going to be DCA my way in from about 80% bitcoin and 20% ethereum to about 50/50 based on ethereum's current satoshi value.

Especially with how everyone is saying 2018 is going to be the year of the alts, well most of the alt currencies are erc20 tokens so without a doubt ethereum should have a big year if not just as big as bitcoin and when the satoshi value rebounds you will be sitting great and from there if you want to convert the percentage back to more favoring bitcoin you can with making more bitcoin than you would have by just holding all along.
