I believe bitcoin is better in terms of community support, number of developer involve and the skills each developer has. Aside from that bitcoin is also recognized as currency or mode of payment by some countries such as Japan, Aaustralia, Philippines, India and more. There are also a huge number of companies that is using Bitcoin as currency or taking advantage of the popularity, technology and community Bitcoin has.
Unique demand for bitcoin, strong community, strong realtionship for the investors. Good advertisement, celebrities' financial support for it. You can't find these for other coins. Other coins are just "oters" here. Bitcoin is on the top of every coin.
I can agree with you that bitcoins is on top of every coins, they are the pioneer and the most successful ones. I think for now no one can surpass bitcoins on what they achieved. Their value is extremely expensive and other altcoins cannot even get in the half the price of bitcoins. But we do not know, maybe in the future some altcoins will pump thatt much but if that happen, bitcoins are almost far away from them, bitcoins had also pump. And it is pretty easy to convert into fiat.

I will vote for; because bitcoin is 'the first decentralized digital currency' and it works. The advantages of bitcoin could be duplicated by altcoins and in some cases, some of altcoins has better features compare to bitcoin, like instant transaction, low fees, or fully anonymous.
And the next important thing that makes bitcoin better is support from core developers, miners, exchanges, business and companies because bitcoin has real usability as an alternative currency, an alternative payment method.

bitcoin is quite good enough for us to hold and sell but he real fact is altcoins can be growth the price too it depends if the altcoins will be pumped or dumped depends two has a potential for us to give profit but mostly those real investors bowadays are choosing bitcoin and just hold they thinking about bitcoin can be more expensive when the times really come what make bitcoin better and incomparable to the other cryptocoins ?
In my own opinion, bitcoin is in demand as of now and bitcoin is the most popular among the rest (altcoins). But I will buy some altcoins for investement purpose, because I really believe that other coins has a potential to be pump near in the future.

As an investor, i would like to have nire positive gains, for me bitcoin will still be the best cryptocurrrncy there is, but there are a lot of promisinv altcoins out there, i also am investing on altcoins, since it also gives me a positive return. I think most of us here would agree that bitcoin itself is already a great investment, but so is other altcoins, some may say that altcoins are better since they are cheap and you can easily make profit, i agree with it, but needless to say, we should all respect each others view, if to some altcoins are much better than bitcoin, well good for them, it is their decision. I think we should all take a look at what giant corporations are doing, some are already stable by just selling smartphones, but they don't want to end there, they also invest on other stuffs, that's why we could see, their logos on different products, we should do the same too, we invest on bitcoin and on altcoins as well, but since we are talking about cryptocurrency, if you want to cash out your altcoins, you still need to convert it to bitcoin and convert it to fiat.

Sure don't worry about the tokens you have bought. It will get increase for sure. If we need to compare bitcoin with altcoin means only thing we can say both are digital currencies apart from that nothing we can compare with bitcoin because in price, usage, potential, demand and supply. In these all aspects bitcoins is being number from that past 8 years when the day invented.
There is no monopoly. Yes, Bitcoin is the oldest but by being open-source it led to many copies of it. Eventually, instead of simple copies, developers started to grasp the concepts of the original Bitcoin to make something unique out of their own programming skills.
