Well, I think we shouldn't risk our life by putting all eggs in one basket. We can invest in both Bitcoin and property, and the risks will lower. Bitcoin is highly risky and it's likely that you'll lose all your money without having a good place to stay. Investing in both is diversifying your investment list.
We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :
1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}
The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.
2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.
I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.

1.Blockchain projects are claiming that they are going to give chance to people to buy properties by offering them small part of property so this could be the answer for the argument that one should have a lot of cash to buy property, i dont know if it will work tough.
2. Go for classic cars or rare cars which will be classics.
Otherwise go for BTC
Why not both? Investing in a tangible property like a house is realistic because you can pass it down and use it for a long time. Meanwhile, bitcoin is unpredictable and involves high risk. This is not to say that you should not invest in bitcoin, however, it might be wise to invest in both. If you have money to buy bitcoins, surely you can also put some in investing a physical property, right?
whether the house will bring you income is a big question or you will go broke on the maintenance of the house, and speculation in volatile assets has risk, but also has high returns.
It is very better to invest in bitcoin because it is fast and the market could be possibly predicted by the used of proper research and help of other experts in this group. Unlike property investment, although it is very secure, we cannot know its market well and it might be that it will happen to be certain loss depending on the economic status of the location of the property.
Thanks for the post but one thing i want to point out is that Bitcoin is not an investment and it was not meant to be and will never, according to the white paper of bitcoin. we should endevour to use bitcoin for what it was meant for from the inception which is a decentralized P2P transaction. When we see bitcoin more than an instrument to put money in the hands of the poor by eliminating an intermediary and their cost of service that is when we will be holding or hoarding to get profit thereby turning ordinary P2P transaction to investment. This attitude is attracting enemies to the coin and bringing along side all the negative attention of banning and regulations here and there. Let us invest in an investment portfolio and leave bitcoin for payment of goods and services on P2P basis.
We at Bitssa.com feel that there is no comparison between the two investment options. Property will always fetch you stable yet decent to zero returns. On the other hand, we all know that Bitcoin as an investment option is a very unpredictable commodity. It is very volatile in nature and we never know when we might get lucky and make huge profits or run out of luck and incur losses, which absolutely depends on the market condition. Bitcoin is partly a by-product of hype created on the internet and partly because of its unique security feature which has created trust in it as an investment option for investors across the globe. So it is better that we play safe. It is not advisable which is a better option out of the two but both have their advantages and disadvantages, bitcoin being more risk-prone. You’re comparing apples from oranges. Real estate property is totally different from cryptocurrency. Physical vs. virtual, etc.
If in the order picking, I would choose to invest in property, because the current price of bitcoin now can not be sure. While the property we can buy homes with good strategic position, and when we already have more than one home, we could rent other houses that we have doubled our income and not need a home care costs.
As for me, I would prefer property investment. I think I will have less fear about the market fluctuations and uncertainties. It is somehow more guaranteed in years to come. Bitcoin market can crash easily, but can also skyrocket easily too.

For me, I will invest in bitcoin because in investing bitcoin you can have a lot of benefit like earning money, earned money that can use to buy important things such as house, car and a storebthat can use to grow the money you have. I always say that invest in something that you are passionate about. If you are passionate about something, then you will try to learn everything about it which will help you in the long run. So, think about what you have passion for and invest in it by consulting fellow people.
I think for many people, both of these two choices are not good investments for them ,not mention to best. Property, more concerned about affordability, many times you have to get at least a bulk of money to pay the deposit .Lucky I've bought a house from my crypto income last December and I've been filling my bag again three months ago so now I will keep my crypto and hope for another bull run.

For me, I will invest in bitcoin because in bitcoin you will earn money and will grow it even it takes long atleast it is doubled ir tripled to the money that you invest, using bitcoin and earning from it you can have a property and a lot of, and you can use your money from investing in bitcoin by creating business and make it grow, you can also invest to others and use it to buy more properties and use it to create a business. 1. The best investment comes from your trust! Because even if we recommend you a good coin, if you don't believe it, then you are likely to sell it because of the decline of the market!
I think for many people, both of these two choices are not good investments for them ,not mention to best. Property, more concerned about affordability, many times you have to get at least a bulk of money to pay the deposit . Bitcoin is with such a volatility , and not every one can take the risk. More over, these two choices are not comparable in an investment portfolio. Anyhow, interesting topic 
I am an investor of bitcoin but between these two i would choose the property, simply because i am 100% sure that it will remain unlike bitcoin, we dont know what gonna happen in bitcoin in the future, i mean we dont know if it still alive in the next more years. 
I think both are promising investments, but investment in property is more stable because of the low level of fluctuations
For now i will still choose to invest with bitcoin because bitcoin is one of the best investment now especially when the value of it will pump again up to $17k and i know it will happen so my advice for many people here in crypto is to first invest in bitcoin over than property.
all of them are choices of everyone, both of them are equally at risk, but bitcoin can make a very fast profit, while the profit property is slowly but equally beneficial
Bitcoin is the best investment and profitable if you are good in trading.Property is also good to invest but it takes more year to gain some profits unlike in bitcoin that you can provide more income even in short period of time.
I prefer to invest in bitcoin, my money is not enough to buy property and if I buy by borrowing at a bank, it is very unprofitable because of the large interest.
My strategy is to invest in bitcoin for the long term then after the price of bitcoin is really high I will sell it and then I will buy property in cash, so there is no interest from the bank.
