Not surprising. Values of secure-er investments go up because of market uncertainty, and then the market closes at one of the all-time-high's the next day. Nothing too out of the ordinary, and it follows predictable market patterns. Similar to what happened almost immediately after Brexit and what happened with their markets. Nothing is really weird about the trends.
world stock markets are really weird you know , all dropped immediately when trump officially won the election but not with bitcoin , the price going up quiet significant around 2 to 3 percent within 24 hours after trump winning.

this could be a good sign , trump is a businessman and the followers might know about bitcoin potential.

I don't think that it is a sign at all, at least, so far. Stock markets dropped after Trump had been declared a winner for the simple reason that the markets didn't expect him to win, the news of his victory came in as a complete shock for the bulk of traders, and the drop was only a sort of knee-jerk reaction. In just a few days markets adapted to the new reality and quickly came back to their usual patterns.

well now that some time has passed i can say for sure that all the price changes that happened so far was irrelevant to Trump and his victory in the US election. and this is actually what i expected to be like, a little bit of hype and some volatility as a result of it and then back to normal because nothing has really changed. not yet anyways!

I am also sure. Bitcoin itself and is independent of political upheavals. But now let's hope that Trump will not import bans cryptocurrency
i think bitcoin which is not affected by political because of bitcoin independent. in my opinion, bitcoin rose as a result of other factors. but if bitcoin rise as a result of elections of trump I think it does not matter, the important, bitcoin is not prohibited.

The affect is not really influence the price, just a little jump and its down, and the price become more stable before he's elected.
According to yahoo finance article, the price jump because yuan has fallen and its happening to greece and venezuela.
People looking for an alternative to saving their money, and bitcoin is the best choice.

The "jump" was very weak. Just like with gold. The thing is, money markets didn't panic like crazy like everybody expected  them to when Trump's win was secured. Gold made a 50$jump, Bitcoin made a 20$ jump and then everything went back to normal. In fact Bitcoin stood strong very well considering that gold even lost 80$ more after it lost that 50$ gain during the election day. Bitcoin is still around 700-710 which is quite good. I wouldn't call this a "Jump" but it is still nice.

To me, money markets are all adapted to Trump's win. They accepted it.

ya it is true that now bitcoin is getting strong buying support when ever their is a fall and now i think the restriction price of bitcoin is changed between $680 - $ 730 and i wont think now that it will break this restriction till any new good or bad news follows

To America be "great again" they just need another war and steal some poor country...

The countless foreign invasions (Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Kosovo.etc) is the main reason why the American economy is in such a bad state. For America to retain its past glory, it just needs to stop meddling in the internal affairs of the third world nations.

I wouldn't mind if Trump on his quest of making America great again made Bitcoin great too along the way, though without interfering with other nations' affairs. Trump may look like a clown sometimes, but with Hillary starting another war on some "ism" was almost a given. Regarding Trump, his victory and Bitcoin price, we have two events ahead that could throw some light on the correlation discussed here. I refer to the meetings of electors on December, 19 and the actual inauguration on January, 20.

and now it's 713,9 USD :/ it's almost stable , we can say that the trump's victory has no effect in the volatility of Bitcoin .
I hope in the future that Trump  will think about Bitcoin as a real money , and from this point we expect a big growth in price of bitcoin , either i don't think that bitcoin will rise more than 800 usd in this year .

I honestly don't think there's any correlation between Trump winning and the increase in Bitcoin. With this sample of data is just is not conclusive enough to say it's directly caused by his winning. If for example it jumped to 900 that would be a completely different story. Then we could get to talkin.

Maybe there is a correlation yes. If investors, traders, businessmen think Trump will be a partner of bitcoins and another crypto currencies, the chance to migrate to bitcoins is higher, because they can have the supply of the president of the biggest world potency.
I hope Trump endorses the btc idea, it would be amazing for the success of crypto currencies.

BTC already joined NYSE's index and can now be traded publicly without going to exchanges. Although the market is a little less relevant to most people who dump money, it doesn't update as often as going through directly because of delays.

It may take time for Donald Trump's policies to have a benefit, despite this foreign countries are attempting to further develop ahead of the norm. EU + many Eastern countries have added loads of incremental value by adjusting technological services based on compatible currency functions to better supply cryptocurrency users.

I guess now it would be safe to say that Trump's victory did not have any effect on the price, nothing out of the ordinary.
It have effected when he got elected because many traders feel bitcoin will be safer place to store their asset and that turned out to be true. All other market were red while bitcoin get green after election, and after few days those traders taken out their cash from bitcoin with some profit to start pumping those assets which have gone red during election.

He is a billioner and now president of usa but I think it doesn't make any scense about bitcoin's price high jump ( I think he isn't trading by bitcoin 😃 ). I think it's only coincide but I would say that I was happy when I saw that price and I didn't sell coins that day and it makes me angry.

wow this is a great news for us bitcoin users. I hope he can make America great again. what do you think. does the future is near on our time right now ? what if this presidents and leaders in everycountry make the future for us. i hope they will propose that bitcoin will be our digital currency we can use in everyday life to make our daily needs to easy. like buying a coffee if we have a digital currency we can just send them a money through btc and we can get our coffee. just like that. I'm Imagining the future again.  Grin

I believe that people just used the Trump to manipulate the market since after one day the price goes back to "normal", hope it can increase again.
just figured out from the statistic : http://www.x-rates.com/graph/?from=USD&to=EUR&amount=1
the bitcoin's price rising is actually because the decreasing value of dollars and had been weakened because of trump's victory, and now america could make their currency "great" again and now bitcoin's price also affected and can't increasing again as what have happened few days ago
