uhhh it could seriously hit $20k in like April, that is if it doesn't grow too fast. April would be reasonable growth to get to $20k, that's 5 months to not even double, that'd be a significant slow down from current growth.

Well we dont know yet what will gonna happen in year 2018. But there is always the chance it may hit the target to that price. Bitcoin is really spreading its awareness in any country now and being notice by many so I also do hope it will going high next year.

I get what you mean and that is true. But we should also look for the price in 2017 it’s 2000$ from we’re i start investing. And it is now at 11500$ so your reasoning is valid. But those have invested in 2000$ will not the same capacity to invest in 11000$. The high the price, the lesser investor but I don’t know if I’m wrong so this is just my opinion. 2017 has different scenario than this coming 2018 when it comes to price.

Nope, I think that is an illusion of the people who wants to earn high amount of money. I think you believe to the fantasy of your mind not to the reality, because even how fast bitcoin value raise in crypto community I guess they can't reach it into small period of time. 1 year is not to achieve that value.

It's indeed lucky if we look at the timing, but there are enough people who were already aware of Bitcoin, but never took the effort to buy for whatever reason. It for a large part comes down to understanding what Bitcoin can be for people, and then I'm mainly referring to the fact that it allows us to operate outside the curret broken system. It depends on the demand on the market if they a lot of buyer of bitcoin possible they reach that and if the population of the bitcoij user and investor will become double or triple . But for me the highest price of the bitcoin in the year 2018 will be 15k or 20k dollars only. Brcause it's hard to double the price what if the price of 40k dollars maybe after few years. But everything is possible to happen.

It is probably going to reach 40.000$ sometime after 2020 but right now that is not so easy to accomplish as Mike Novogratz says.

Except that it has gone up almost 12x in 2017. If it hits just over 13x by the end of this year, then it would only need to do 3x next year to hit $40k (and I'd say 3x is VERY doable). That's wayyyy different than you saying the same percentage increase for both years. According to your argument you are just saying it can't go to $150k+ next year, so yes I agree with you there.

You think it will only be $15k in 2018 haha. I can't wait to see your surprise when it passes that likely next month.

That is extremely hard to happen even in a few years. The price cant go up without having any fall because it would become unstoppable and the price will go up until bitcoin would crush. If it increased 5x in 2017 that doesn't mean it is going to increase again 5x in 2018. I think it is going to fall under 10.000$ at the beginning of new year and then it will slowly increase till 15.000$.
It is probably going to reach 40.000$ sometime after 2020 but right now that is not so easy to accomplish as Mike Novogratz says.

I am sure that 2k18 will be more luckier than 2k17 and there will be more progress coming in this year maybe many regions will join the race as well and maybe china will hold the ban and the bitcoin get started in there again all this is expected but I am sure that after the mid of 2k18 there will be high pump in the prices and that will take the market rate to above 40k and the profit will be mind blowing at that time.

Yes still possible can be happen in 2018, in 2018 more investors try to invest in bitcoin, because of that the demand and price is up.
