My point is that if you're having to contact support in the first place that indicates there has been a failing of some sort. My point is that I didn't need to contact Cloudbet because I didn't have any problems with them - I would have thought that's pretty obvious.
I know this just Im curious why are you base-ing your opinion on how often you use support service in cloudbet because Im sure that you realized that there are tons of other player in cloudbet and the fact that you dont use their support service regularly doesnt mean the other player doesnt use it regularly too. You may not know but there could be tons of support request as well in cloudbet and it doesnt mean that their service is unreliable / bad because of those many support service request.
I just find the number of ratings for them and comments about them to be a little suspicious.
The ratings here doesnt actually represent how good or how bad the sportsbook actually is since every user has a different experiences with these sportsbook

This is not a secret anymore that Directbet has the lowest odd if you compare it with any sportbook around here . There has been already many complaints about this in their thread however the rating isnt based on solely the odds for the game , there are different factors that come into account .
For example it will be their support service, now you can try to contact the other sportsbook around here and see how fast they resolve your issue and then you can compare it with DIrectbet, there will be a major satisfaction level there !

I see tonnes of people commenting about Directbet's great service, but why are so many people having to contact them in the first place? I went months at Cloudbet before contacting them for the first time, and in over a year of using them have only contacted them twice.
No one is "commenting" about their support service but it is a fact and btw whats your point is? I cant seem to get what your point is though you cant based your own experiences on how ofter you are contacting the cloudbet's support because you dont even know how many people are they handling each day. If you are aware about the recent issue in cloudbet you will see how funny/unproffesional they are dealing with the issue of an ex betvip's player

Don't get me wrong, I think what Directbet do is cool, and I'm surprised no one has copied them yet. I just find the number of ratings for them and comments about them to be a little suspicious.
As for that link above, that's an issue with BetVIP - from what I've read Cloudbet has been trying to help the guy and has kept him updated, but they have no obligation to help him, and they're not in a position to be able to help him as BetVIP won't give them the information he wants.

I have been sports betting off and on lately and I find DirectBet to be the easiest, one of the most important feature it has is users are not required to open an account and deposit, which is an advantage for betters like me as my funds are safe in my wallet and whenever I wish to make a bet I can do that instantly from anywhere, even from my phone and it literally takes seconds to find an event and place a bet.

directbet has lowest odds, cloudbet has highest odds, I prefer more money with worse services, less money with good support is not important for me,For some people who used to bet a high amount, they prefer higher odds however for some mediocre like who bet a small amount to for fun then the small difference of the odds isnt really a matter. What matter the most will be support services , a great one that refunded me when there is a stress test ( I have to wait for days to receive my winning and they give 100 % of it back with higher fees, so 2x winning amount )
Therefore this thread is correct, it based on user experienced and it is clear enough from the rating that more people are having a goodtime with DirectBet. Not to mention that this thread was created in early 2014 and back then Directbet was still giving a good odds if you compare it to few other sportsbook

Well That Sucks!! Anyone see that Directbet.eu lowered thier maximum bets in horse racing? Bitcoin is now only 1 bitcoin. It used to be 4.

Yeah, you are right, directbet has lowest odds, cloudbet has highest odds, I prefer more money with worse services, less money with good support is not important for me, i prefer CB for tennis betting, they offer highest odds, usually same as bwin's odds, bwin has second best odds in the fiat casino, the first one is pinnacle, I see CB has very competitive odds like bwin has.

this rank must forget cloudbet, cause it has almost every highest prematch odds, I don't know the in-play odds of CB, but i am pretty sure that CB has best prematch odds, which are most people betting.
And your site is an exchange right? It means if i bet a lot, i may not find someone bet against my bets, so sometimes I can't wager there, I prefer betting with bookies, not players.

I still haven't seen a bitcoin sportsbook that offers horse racing bets besides DirectBet.eu. So here's another point where "the best rated bitcoin sportsbook" succeeds the other bitcoin betting sites. I will be very glad if they would have a look on bet365 or unibet betting options on events so they could diversify the offers a little. e.g. How many corners will be in the game? OVER/UNDER or Will be a red card in the match? YES/NO or Goal scored in the first 10 minutes? YES/NO
Sports betting and racing betting are very different - the knowledge and technology required for one is entirely different to what's required for the other. If you're specifically rating "sportsbooks" then horse racing shouldn't come into it at all, maybe you could start a new thread specifically for horse racing? People might find it useful, and you could get some sweet, sweet affiliate referrals! As far as the props you mentioned, it used to be possible to bet on those at some books, I wonder why it's not any more.

Also,the horse racing is named "The SPORT of the Kings" so it is definitely a sport and I think it should be included in a sportsbook. Not separately.

exchange betting need liquidity, cash, funds, a lot of player "whale" or "small fish" but they need liquidity to take the game alive.

the same as above, the idea is great, also the site but there is something that they miss to launch the site to the "olympus" of betting site.

Fine. Okay. They get good marks for support and their no-account, instant payout feature, but as a player, that in no way makes up for those terrible odds. You will go broke if you play there for any length of time.
Thats a harsh reality about sportsbook because either sportsbook / other gambling casino will do their best to "ensure" you lost in a fair way otherwise they wouldnt be making money for themselves
Not sure why they don't become more competitive with their odds. They are not even in the same ballpark as any other sportsbook!
Their odds was better in the past. Back then their odds was alot more competitive though but I guess this is something to do with financial issue and also the max win amount in a single bet is lower right now. In the end any sportsbook will ensure that they got money from their business , ensuring you to lost fairly
There are other bitbooks that do the no-account and instant payout thing.
Never heard of it, guess DirectBet is still more popular though
