Putting all your money in altcoins is not good idea. Diversification is the key to have better portfolio, allocate most of your funds in bitcoins than in altcoins. Altcoins are good invest but there are some altcoins that are not good in our portfolio, it is better if we will research first the background of the altcoin before we put it in our portfolio.
Diversification is the best move when investing. Bitcoin and altcoin that is profitable so I agree there are some alts not valuable in the market. It is still best putting money in btc which could gives more profit and some in altcoins.
although the market is in pretty good condition at the moment I am selling my altcoin for BTC. I don't believe in altcoin but now bitcoin will start to dominate market movements and I will follow and focus with bitcoin.

Putting all my money on bitcoin is more smarter than going for altcoins? I think bitcoin will always surge even if it loses value today, i never think twice about this anymore because in the past if i never switched to altcoin i would have be in big profit today, what do you guys think about my plan? Stupid or 👍
obviously that is a stupid move, don't use all your money to buy bitcoin, you can regret it, it's better to just 20-40% to buy it, we don't know if bitcoin will keep going up or down
It is not stupid, but more like he just missed the timing on buying crypto. He lacks experience and knowledge and that is all.
But I agree with you, it is better to buy 20-40% or maybe 50% of your investment to bitcoin and the other half will go for altcoins. It is better to follow the rule of "don't put all your eggs in one basket".

Yes same here im also in BTC investment because we've seen it prove its worth and always succeeded in winning bubbles, it might be bearish in the immediate short term but when you look at the long term charts, bitcoin had a massive correction already and i think it recovered 48% of it. So yeah in the long term i am bullish, i also invest in altcoins but i dont hold them. For me, BTC and altcoins is a good coexistence cause a good investment needs a good competition to further grow.

Yeah investing on bitcoin is safe, but I wouldn't recommend you to put all your money on bitcoin. Bitcoin will give you profit in the long run. The profit will be steady but slow. On other hand, alt coins are more volatile. The prices jumps and drops a lot. The risk associated with it is also high. If you can take advantage of this volatility and turn your investment into profit! Just split up your investment money and pour most of them on bitcoin and the rest into altcoins.

If you're afraid Altcoin will die in the future and don't trust any project, you can put all your money into Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the king of this market and it will never stop growing, it's just a matter of how much patience you have to wait for the profits that bitcoin will bring to you. Investing in bitcoin is a smart and safe investment, it will make you much safer in this market than investing in altcoins today.

Not stupid but have to be smarter anymore, Bitcoin is indeed for the long haul. But if you than not get the results at all wouldn't be better to produce from the short term as it holds an altcoin. But depending on your own because of your money and the right to manage your own finances that determine the choice.

This is a very good plan in my opinion, but it doesn't stop you from trading altcoins if you don't want to hold for long term. The more reason why it's cool is because we all are expecting Bitcoin uptrend due to halving which is old news. However, you might consider holding some altcoins like ETH, XRP, XLM, etc you can do some research and then decide which few altcoins to hold.

Bitcoin and altcoin in my opinion are both equally good to invest and maybe based on the experience you have experienced, you have felt failed to invest in altcoin and regret it, but not all altcoin is not worth investing. Because I personally can make a profit from bitcoin and altcoin, in my opinion it all depends on how we can look for opportunities to benefit from a coin.

Yes, i think, investing the bitcoin is a safer and more logical decision. However, it may be a better investment to use a small portion of your money to buy from a variety of altcoins, instead of just investing all your money in bitcoin.

yes it is a very good plan because bitcoin is the most stable coin and has always been everyone's first choice in investing. I also feel guilty about losing a lot of money when investing in some altcoin
Are you crazy, Bitcoin is a volatile cryptocurrency and it was never stable in crypto platform. I think USDT and some other stable coins are available in the market so most of the investors are hold some stable coins and concentrate the volatile currency. I am also accept your point because BTC is a more convenient investment for recent days and I hope it will continue on further days.

I think you look at the situation and this is not always good because if everyone does something, then do it the other way around. Bitcoin has a large infrastructure, so it should be in the portfolio in a predominant amount.

Not all of them, but you can diversify %80 in bitcoin and the rest to altcoins. Because investing all money in btc would be to miss other opportunities. Potential altcoins are more likely to make 5x than btc. For example, the king is no longer affected by being listed in the exchange, but for any young altcoin, this is great news and can multiply your money several times.

Those who go for bitcoin instead of altcoins don't need to diversify their portfolio because bitcoin is the most reliable digital coin followed by ETH, the best coin to hold is bitcoin and the best coin for trading is altcoins, you can use bitcoin for trading too but i found altcoin to be better

It's still profitable to invest in Bitcoin but we have a saying we should not put all our eggs in our basket or a variation on your investment, there are a lot of good altcoins in the market, you can pick up to 5 altcoins that have established itself as the best alternative or additional coins in the market.

I am not an expert so I need safety step for my activity. Can't deny that bitcoin is popular and become the first coin to replace our money. If you doing that without safety I think you already fail. First safety is your money management and stop loss, we know what the purposes is. Second safety is take one altcoin for recover fund if bitcoin in negative condition, the percentage is up to you. Optimist is good but without safety, market will give you bankrupt.

nothing is stupid, there is only less learning about crypto. many consider bitcoin better. on the other hand there are those who consider altcoin profitable. I personally consider putting all funds in bitcoin as good. but i never just held it. I trade with Altcoin using my BTC. if you just hold it. I agree with you. but if you are an altcoin trader also has a good role to increase your profits.

No way bitcoin is the most stable coin, it never been stable, it price fluctuates lots of times in short amount of time but yes indeed it is the first choice when it comes to investment because it has proven itself worth your money and high chance of getting a profit so even it price moves a lot and can even go very high and low in short span of time investors still choose to invest with it but i will be a bad idea to invest only to bitcoin because you cannot lessen your loss 'cause you only have bitcoin in your portfolio, just try to pick a worthy altcoin like ETH, XRP to put in your portfolio.
