Actually the cryptocurrency market is so complicated to understand and hard to predicted.
I can say it is feel like random market and even manipulateable , so the topic is wrong for me personally.

I think buying altcoin is the right choice when bitcoin prices increase. We know that the price of altcoin must have decreased quite high when it happened. We should not be afraid of losses because most dev altcoin will pump their coins. It can make us profit.

I think buying altcoin is more better currently because we have the surity that once if we sell the Bitcoin
Then it will again go down and will came up high price , But if we bought the altcoin then after the down in the price of the Bitcoin it will goes increase according to the value and also according to the demand .
So here we can make more profit with the Bitcoin/altcoin buy then sell .
But if you have need to sell the Bitcoin for the money then ofcourse you should
Sell your Bitcoin in small amount ,So that you don't need to sell your Bitcoin at low price in the
Future during emergency need of the money .

I would say, buy altcoin and hold some bitcoin. Most altcoins now are too cheap making it the best time to buy them. Though bitcoin has already reached another ATH in the past week, I can see that it is not yet the very peak of bitcoin. That it would still go up as what other bitcoin enthusiast are saying so better hold some bitcoin.

All cryprocurrencies related to each other with different chains. In forex you need to seel one currency to buuy another. It is almost same thing in this crypto markets. When one coin pumps,another one goes down. It is efficient market theory.

Not all the time the alt coin price is going down when btc price is up, but for now buying alt coin is better than selling your bitcoin, bitcoin price will keep on rising, if you sell you will regret it, trading alt coin now is better because the price is quite unstable so there are many chance to earn profit but you need to choose which alt coin to trade, there are so many fake pumps so need to be extra careful when you buy alt coin

I dont have that much experience in trading so long term investing is more suitable for me.

If BTC price goes up, you can expect to altcoins go up as well. the prices of bitcoins and altcoins are very parallel to each other. the success of one coin will increase the success of other coins as well. cryptocurrency adoption is good for the whole market, not just for bitcoins.

For me I would say it actually depends on the alt one has keep an eye on because without that there is no way one would know which one has reduce in price as a result of the increase in the price of bitcoin considering the fact that all alts react differently to any changes witnessed in the price of bitcoin and one might be making a mistake thinking the price has fall ready to increase not knowing it has reached a peak and ready to start dropping.

Thats true, but it is the safest among all the choices, if the bitcoin price goes high then selling is the easiest/safest way to ensure the incoming profit, because as we know altcoins are somehow complicated.

yes it is depending on bitcoin, price, as bitcoin is the main currency and most of the people like to invest in bitcoin specially when the price of bitcoin start increasing people put all their assets in bitcoin. they even sell all other altcoin for getting bitcoin to hold and when they realize that now the time is that bitcoin price will dump then they convert their bitcoin in to other potential altcoin and so the price of altcoins start bumping again.

Indeed at this time altcoin prices tend to be unstable and sometimes difficult to predict, maybe patience in holding a coin that has good potential of course can get a profit when the coin prices are actually rising.
