Good to see that you are going to hire people to help you in managing the community. So it will be easier for you to communicate with him. I think he is a great person to handle the tasks as you mentioned above.

My Dash is credited on the game, yes, so nothing was "lost" after all.

This slow reply on our part was totally unacceptable.  I am working on making some changes now so that all customers are replied to within an hour at the most.
I'm very sorry for this previous delay,  and truly thank you for all your past gaming with us.

Hello everyone,  I just took a look at this thread myself, and I'm very very very sorry for our poor level of customer service and long delay in replying.
It looks like those suggesting we hire a community manager are correct,  and what better place to find that person than in this thread.
Who would be interested?

The duties would include:
1. Monitoring and replying to this thread.
2. Starting and promoting a Telegram group
3. Managing the Twitter account
4. Providing customer support via email.
5. Doing additional promotion and online ad buys.

Post in this thread,  or send me a DM if you are interested in joining our team as a community manager.

(To those who were wondering,  there are multiple people on our team, but the current person in charge of monitoring this thread, and replying to customer's emails obviously hasn't been doing a good enough job.  The ownership of the site hasn't changed, but about a year ago we lost one of our very best team members who was in charge of all the customer support.  For anyone that remembers Gary,  we are missing him very much)

Actually to find a new member needs some cost, so I believe for the current time they are having a hard time to have this. I do not know how much their traffic as well but I can guarantee they are trying to fix this but not a chance to reply for the message or email. You should really consider on their situation are because it is pretty hard to bring a really good support team

Yes it will not for free, but at least they have an extra persons to help them on their things, may be managing threads or into thr support team which they are lacking. Anyway to consider someone like thequin that can manage this is a little bit rare here, because it seems that he knows everything from the inside and outside, he must be working for freebitco.in long enough to know so much stuff on it though  Grin

This condition is a bit similar as coinroyale. It seems BVC is also managed by single person only to handle all things, once the person in charge has a another things to IRL then he cant handle the site as fast as usual. So, having a team contains some people to handle the site will be better. In this case for community manager, BVC should learn from freebitcoin by hiring one a great forum member to handle official ANN thread by answering all questions, feedback, complains, etc. Of course the community manager should have a direct link to contact the owner (probably by phone) so anything can be solved faster. Probably the campaign manager Hhampuz could handle it as well if BVC ask him to do so.
