What does they actually offering for players? And what to be compared about? Every sites has their own method on gaining from players and they have rights not to put some promotions as well because it is their site. So if there is only promotion like signature campaign like you guys said, I do not think it is enough to bring back what they are doing before. And I know they keep the site active even though there is only less players around
While you can actually earn more in affiliate program with up to 25% of the HE on recruits.
Signature is advertising of course and I think this is exactly what they need. More advertising equals more eyeballs which equal more players.
They have first find new players to be able to start any type of promotion inside casino.

Yes, maybe they have not changed hands and they were just busy working on something else or they didn't feel like this was bringing them enough money or whatever else the reason and just stopped but realized they still own it and run it so maybe they wanted to give it another shot and made the campaign.Otherwise, maybe they were always here but they didn't had enough time and money to be active and realized the competition was too big so instead of staying mediocre they realized they could lay low and make enough money to make a big splash instead of many small splash. As long as they remain legit, I too never bother about the change of hand.

What about satoshidice ? I mean they were quite old themselves as well. On wikipedia it states that satoshidice started around April of 2012 as well. It dates further back than all other ones on that list and also quite known to be the biggest sale in the bitcoin world.
