I don’t mind the vote of confidence, but do keep in mind that it still is possible for them to do a long con exit scam. Whats happening here? I think they are one of the oldest casino's out there. don't worry they are not going to scam you. maybe their support team is a bit busy it can sometimes take up a week or two to resolve an issue so please be patient. I do not think they are going to scam anyone.
