Maybe Bitcoin and Paypal were destined to help eachother?

A marriage of sorts.  Bitcoin would benefit greatly by this "One Touch" payment technology that Paypal's peddling, especially if users buy Bitcoin instead of using their bank/credit cards.

Bitcoin > Paypal
Bitcoin is like cash you are holding in your hand. Paypal is like a credit card. Paypal can hold or freeze your account anytime they like.

Bitcoin is a currency , Paypal is a service provider.
That is the main difference.

And please let me know how paypal acts as a CREDIT card.

You can use bitcoin without any documents while on paypal it is mandatory.
Its not MANDATORY, but to load your account yes it is, and to verify as well. You can technically receive and send paypal balance with no paypal or bank account, I have a  US paypal account with no CC or bank account to transfer from bitsimple, and I forward it to my real account with bank account.

I tried using paypal once I receive some funds paypal limited my account and I need to send my passport and IDs and tracking number even it is digital goods.

I have never been asked for ID and passport, or at least not scanning it or some creepy shit. What I was needed to do was to get my ass in the bank, check for new bank movements, check for the small transaction they send you (they send 2) then confirm these transactions to enable my account.

So yeah, Bitcoin is much more anonymous, you dont need any of this shit.

Biggest problem i see is their buyer guarantee.  With bitcoins they can't go to credit card or bank and pull money back at a later date.   If they do i see them using a escrow type service where it's held for so long or they make you have a account tied to normal types of their "confirmed" accounts.

I hope they accept one day.  I just won't be holding my breath as they seem to like the spot they are in.  With ebay/paypal they essentially have a monopoly owing full circle of transaction currently.

This is simply wrong. PayPal already allows withdrawals in cash. PayPal can only "pull money back" by removing it from your paypal account.
Paypal can also withdraw money from your bank account or take legal action against you to recover money from you if they wish to take the money back

PayPal is no currency, it's only on top of some currency. It's like a Credit Card for the Web. Bitcoin is completely detached from any FIAT currency and can stand on its own. It's in those regards vastly superior to PayPal and Credit Cards!

Paypal is everything opposite of bitcoin lol.

So bitcoin wins for everything that it doesnt provide, esp limitations of transactions.

Is the "no chargeback" an advantage in all cases, I don't think so.
