I can't know what mistakes I will make in the future. But in the past.. the worst one has to be gambling. I don't care about the money I've got for free from gambling (faucets) but I do care about the 0.2BTC I have lost in it. Since then, I have never played with my money anymore. I've set up a secondary pass for my wallet, and gave it to a friend. He only gives me the passcode if I don't need it for gambling. So he's helping me stay away from it. 
I think the worst decision from my side was to "invest" my precious Bitcoins into certain altcoins where I ended up holding the famous bag. That was for me the reason to never ever invest into altcoins again.

I am much more sincere with bitcoin so I will not have made any worst decision for my bitcoins, I may made but currently I do not remember that, by the way I am sure that in the future I will not make any worst decision for bitcoin.

loosing in gambling 3 times in one week i will never forget that because every time i said this is it. so for now i use only small amount of btc\alts to gamble , low risk .
I don't have any regrets so far, which is mainly because I think out and research everything thoroughly before doing something.
Everyone should do that instead of looking for risky ways of getting high returns in a very short time.

It depends which altcoin are you reffering to because many people became rich because of the altcoins because some coins have become very popular and the price hit very high, for example lisk at its beginning, then ethereum, etc(ethereum classic) etc. Normally there is a high risk but is not a worst decision to try altcoin (after researching about that coin)

sure the worst decision i made till now was following some cloudmining trash and i lot a few money but when i was a newbie
now i try to take the minimun risk in every trade i made
I think my worst decision using bitcoin is not to invest it last March 2016 because at that time the price of bitcoin is only 300USD and now you can that the current price of bitcoin is averaging 650-670 USD. Too much regret at this time

Why would I make that mistake if I know that it is a mistake. The question should be framed as "the worst mistake you have ever made with bitcoin".
I think selling bitcoin is worst mistake I have ever made. I sold a percentage of my holding in January 2016 when the price was around 450...That's the main mistake I have ever done with bitcoin. I should have saved it instead.

My best decision was to get involved in the 1st place a lot of people are crying cause they new of bitcoin but didnt buy in.....
My worst decision was when I put the wrong address for withdrawal, and this happened only once and was a good lesson that when sending to others your bitcoin address be sure to check and recheck many times.
to be completely honest, i have never made a bad decision when it comes to bitcoin. i have always managed to buy at the best prices, and to sell at the best prices as a trader. so far i can happily say bitcoin is the best investment tool ever for me.
