You send us 5 support request within one hour in the night about the same topic. I am sorry we didn't reply in this night hour.
The amout came about an hour later to your account due to problems with our API. For that failure, I sent you a bonus to your account. I know it's frustrating if you just want to bet on a game which is starting in a few minutes. Normally, deposits just takes a minute to be visible on the account, 99,9% of all deposits so far came to users account immediately.

This is frustrating.
I have deposited tonight and there have now been 7 confirmations in the blockchain plus my wallet shows the transaction as complete, yet it hasn't appeared in my account and I can't bet.
I have filled in three support requests and none answered yet.
Come on guys.

Because your deposit had 0 transaction till yesterday, we waited for the first confirmation to send you the withdrawl. Note that we accept deposits also without confirmations, but we need them to send you the balance or wins back. The amount was sent yesterday just after your deposit turned from unconfirmed to the first confirmation.

All users demanded a withdrawl know that we consistently paying out players even with large winnings. So you should give me the chance to answer the user at first. As you see, sometimes there are misunderstanding.
