@mbitr I was JUST looking for when that last happened and yeah, after years of Spain and Italy dominating the finals, and then lately English teams seeing even up to 6 participants in group stage, and the French always ending up as whipping boys, you gotta say, mad respect to the teams.

What a game, this is why we watch Champion League. I can't wait for tomorrow's headlines in English newspapers. They will tear Guardiola a new one for changing a formation before this game and I am sure they will have much to say about the whole City team.

De Bruyne has again been his usual perfect passer even in this lackluster City squad and he is the only who was on the level for Citizens. Not even gonna comment that miss by Sterling Huh

I must say I was very impressed by Aouar, Lyon looked dangerous whenever he got the ball. What to say about Cornet he scored 4 goals in last 3 games against City, he is probably praying they play against City every year in CL.

Best of all I predicted a 3:1 game so I played both to score and over 2.5 goals on this one and cashed nicely. Doesn't matter I thought City will score 3, this way it is even sweeter.

Nice hits on the over 3.5 and over 4.5 I personally thought this was going to be a high-scoring match with a close win or draw but I overestimated my own team. In La Liga we kept insisting to bench Griezmann and we lost those games a lot, but it seems our beloved manager went his stubborn way once more and waited for 2nd half to employ the trident.

My consolation is this was the best CL game after restart though. And I agree with Trofo better to get this kind of loss now so they can restart on a better foundation.

Yeah, not sure I'd bother with the draws now. You've basically got to have the game go to penalties to win.

I was also surprised with this and that is why it stayed in my memory. I am not sure if it was Champions League or maybe last World Cup or something like that but they were taking the results after extra time before penalties for that competition. Maybe we will get confirmation before the pool ends

Really looking for Barca - Bayern game tonight that one is what Champions League is all about. A clash of filthy rich clubs with history full of trophies and squads full of stars. Most of us have a soft spot for underdogs but this kind of games is why we come back for more. Should be a real spectacle and I am agreeing with the bookies that Bayern is a solid favorite tonight.

Stupid games:) I got zero from them all by picking the ones who score first and lose later (Atalanta) and then the ones who draw and still lose (Atletico). I am very far away from 5th prize now with only 7 games remaining to get 8 points and hope you all lose points:) Need to follow big_daddy more;)
