Bitcoin was born for the illegal activity at the start , eventually people are using it for legal activities like trading or transfering , it's still being used for illegal activities everyday and noone can stop it because it's a part of Bitcoin ( cause of the anonymous feature).
From recent news in India it is heard that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..I know its a currency and it is also used as a normal money... but these can create a bad space in people's mind that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..so they will not use bitcoins... Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.
Not really we all know that bitcoin is made to be a currency and it is legal and it doesnt really do bad thing that only thing is the ne who uses it we all know that it is a virtual currency meaning we could use it and send money in the world using it then the thing is terorist is using it because it is virtual they can use it in illegal transaction.

Well, it is not the problem with Bitcoin but the human involved. There are also cases whereby people buy and sell drugs or involve in any illegal activities using fiat.
He's right. It doesn't really make a lot difference with fiat money. You can traffic humans, buy drugs, and use it for weapons. It boils down to how humans use these currencies, may it be good or bad. I can use bitcoins to but whatever stuff I want, but that doesn't make bitcoins the villain here.

I have no doubt that Bitcoin is used in exchange of illegal activities. Before Bitcoin become mainstream, Bitcoin was used on the black market. It is safe to use because you are anonymous. With the popularity of Bitcoin, I guess many more are now using this in purchasing illegal things without us knowing.
The biggest recorded case of Bitcoins being used for illegal transactions was the exposure of the Silk Road website on the dark web. This site was used for selling drugs, firearms, and other illegal items. Transactions on the site were completed using Bitcoins, which led many people to think that this virtual currency was tied too strongly to illegal uses.
Yes it can be used illegally, it is mostly used on deep web, dark web and scams because it is untraceable and irreversable for transactions. I think those who says it is not are unaware.

Even before when bitcoin is not popular there are illegal activity before, especially right now bitcoin is much higher value, they can use it as payment now in illegal activity or in crime in some hideden website.

That is the sad part about bitcoins. Drug lords and cartel leaders recently have been using bitcoins as a form of payment for their drugs. This is because bitcoins are untraceable and are decentralized so no matter how much money or how much drugs some people buy, the feds and the banks won't give a damn because it is not money they're dealing with.

I hope we will not support the bad activities that involved bitcoin because it can be a cause for the bad image for the bitcoin. bitcoin can indeed be used for illegal activities such as money laundering, but that's all if bitcoin is in the hands of the wrong people, because bitcoin activity can not be tracked by any country
Since Bitcoin is a worldwide cryptocurrency and payment system where the transactions take place between users directly without the need of an intermediary. The transactions made are being known only by the users and can not be tracked by the authorities especially the government. Because of this, illegal transactions/activities may take place.
