I just read some post in Facebook saying that Bitcoin is a scam. I fear that it is true, that it is a scam and is used for illegal activities. Well, I believe in Bitcoin but I'm also worried at the same time.
Since Bitcoin is a worldwide cryptocurrency and payment system where the transactions take place between users directly without the need of an intermediary. The transactions made are being known only by the users and can not be tracked by the authorities especially the government. Because of this, illegal transactions/activities may take place.

Bitcoin does have some of it used for illegal trading, but more is being used for speculation and investment.
Until unless people themselves think to or wish to be honest and live with ethics no one will control all the illegal activities. You and I cannot do even the government also do anything on this this is the fate of those people do such things. Regarding bitcoin I didn't agree only bitcoin there is other currency also involved in such activity so its better not to go deep in such things which is not in our hand and out of control.
Everyone also already knows that some bitcoin users use it to transact illegally by buying drugs, it is bad but it all goes back to its users.
Do not worry about that. People who have good thinking will still use bitcoin. Why is bitcoin often used in crime deals? Because it is anonymous and difficult to detect. People who think well would think that even with real money you can still commit a crime. So this is just a small problem and becomes a spice in the development of bitcoin. In the future bitcoin will be more controlled and people will be difficult to commit crime through bitcoin. I'm sure the bitcoin developers will find a way to prevent bitcoin transactions in crime.
From recent news in India it is heard that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..I know its a currency and it is also used as a normal money... but these can create a bad space in people's mind that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..so they will not use bitcoins... Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.

I am pretty sure that Fiat Currency accounts for 99% of all illegal trades, Drug, Prostitution you name it!!
You can not blame Bitcoin for that, but the person involved in such scheme. Because doing something that is against the law is all in the mind of the person itself. The person is just trying to make it look like Bitcoin will do harm to other people.

Actually that is an old news. Back then when Bitcoin is fairly new, Bitcoin is widely use for illegal activities such as tipping for porn sites, drugs and money laundering. Because it is capable of hiding your identity or fully anonymous who transacts, it is prone in such activities. Bitcoin is not used solely for this but because of its characteristics as a currency, it can be taken advantage in doing so. That is also the reason why it is being monitored by the government. They can’t track and locate who makes the transaction though it is publicly published. If they can come up with a solution to this then Bitcoin will be widely accepted by any country.

In that case, people would first stop using fiat currencies such as the United States Dollar. Because the USD and EUR banknotes are the preferred medium of payment during street drug purchases. And as far as I know, the volume of street drug purchases are much more than the volumes in various dark markets.
It is not the human body of bitcoin, but this man is a drug dealer from the point of view of the root of the problem. This man is bad, and bitcoin is a tool used by bad people. It's not possible to ban money because there are many bad people using money to do bad things.
You are right. If this is the case then there are so many people who are even using fiat for their wrong purposes and no one is blaming them. Same as the bitcoins, they are one of the best tool to earn money and used as payment method. So if someone is using the feature of being decentralized for their wrong concerns, bitcoin is not guilty for this rather those people are.

that is what many people worry about about the misuse of bitcoin and it all goes back to the goal of people accessing the bitcoin for what, so the problem until now there is no law regulating and legally binding the bitcoin
