Glad you have made contact again, but please forgive me for remaining sceptical. During this period of radio silence from your side i have been keeping tabs on your profile on this forum, which has shown you coming online regularly (at least once per day).
1) Could you please explain why you have not been responding to PM's and posts during this time?
The number of outstanding payouts from bets and investments is small, i would guess less than 20. To do these payouts manually would take a few hours only. It would restore your credibility somewhat if you were to manually process them this time instead of stalling for another 'couple days'.
2) Please advise whether or not you will pay the pending investments out manually or not. If not, please give a reason.
You have not explained why the payout problems have only occurred on high value bets and deposits - we have seen many examples of smaller bets being paid out in a timely fashion.
3) Can you please comment on whether you have the funds available to cash out the pending bets and investments? Why not give us your BTC address so we can check the balance on the block chain?
