I promise I'm not just stringing you all along and trying to get as many bets and investments as possible while there are zero consequences to me personally'
I'm afraid i have lost all hope. I am now looking into alternative recovery methods and making sure that there are personal consequences for this scamming scumbag
We have a few people working on docs for Bit365. And I've contracted a third party for confirmation's sake, as I do not need the extra karma of identifying an innocent person.
Donation does not imply results, however, I do not want to foot the bill by myself. I have committed to him for 0.10 BTC even though his fee is actually 1.00 BTC. He PM'ed me yesterday saying he was swamped with requests but will get to it. I do not know what time frame is implied by this.
My own efforts are proceeding on schedule. I do believe I will have him positively identified by the end of January, 2014.
I have spent about 16 hours so far (two full days -- sometimes it sounds like "Nacthrichten zuruck gusssamen ... " Ich nein sprache die Deutsch). I was able to find one of the software packages I will need to obtain documents at github and am working on setting that up (have to run it on ubuntu OR compile/make the C/C++ on windows) after this message.

I sent .20 to bitcoinsports from blockchain.info and it never made it there. Instead, I got what looks like a negative balance first at -.19999 and then another transaction occurred for 0.20 BTC that left me basically zeroed out.

Got the full amount owed, but it wasn't a large sum. Only .24 from a bet placed over a month ago.
I'd like to see this situation resolved for everyone, and would like to continue to use the sites services again also.
However, I will not until the rest of you have your transactions cleared and paid in full.

Didn't get a reply, but am glad to report that on this christmas eve, I have finally been paid out after over a month.
