Still waiting on around 7.6 btc from this bet made on 11/18... www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/63398 .  Really hoping for some transparency as to what is going on.

Bit you have made a few statements now but I can't understand why these larger bets and investments are being put on the backburner while you continue to pay out newer and smaller bets.

Well, it looks like we've made a full circle here and we're back to posting our bet slips in the hopes that they are paid

Had this small bet paid today (11 days), BTC.26 so if you're waiting on processing and you have a small amount outstanding this might give you a reference on how far thru the backlog they've got.

So, good luck to everyone involved here.  Roll Eyes

Because quoting yourself, quoting yourself, quoting yourself ... with some bold typeface helps the situation.

We get it.  We're all frustrated.  We're all in the same boat.  I'm sure your post is seriously putting the heat on Bit365 to make a move though.  Really.

I'm doing it to raise awareness of the situation. What would you recommend that I do? Fade into the distance?

Bit365 just reappeared and started paying out for ad signatures, would love it if he went back to paying bets. I'm still owed 0.42 BTC.

I'd advise everyone who hasn't been paid to add their info to my scam accusation here:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoinsportseu-bit365-is-a-fraud-349995

In a vacuum like this (with no communication), we can only speculate what the problem(s) is/are.

I can only say that obviously there are plenty of people willing to help. We cannot, without his permission.

I've offered my services as a programmer numerous times. I can only do so once more. I would make a cash offer, but I just don't have it. (Naturally, I would honor investment debts.)

But all of this is me speaking into the wind, or writing in the sand, without 365's cooperation. 365, you have lots of friends here. Please just tell us what is going on over there.

I agree.  A real update is needed.   And If payouts are really progressing, handling the ones on the scratch pad from 2 weeks is a start.

It's actually a bad sign as far as I can see due to the fact that as mentioned before, there is ZERO evidence that ANY large payouts have been made in the past few weeks.  I don't know how our BTC have been maintained when we've invested, but if the site owner has done anything with the BTC in terms of trading, the recent rise in price would clearly put him in a position where he could no longer repay the large investments (some people having invested as many as 40 BTC).  Sure, these little .07 BTC bets are being paid, yet you have the same guys coming back day after day saying they're owed 10-40 BTC and not one word addressing it.

Bit365, you need to either tell us why the larger bets aren't getting paid, or pay them.  Stop stringing us along.  Most of us are reasonable people, you need to just own up to what is happening.  I'd settle for a payment plan at this point if BTC was mismanaged, stolen, etc.  But I'd rather know the truth than be held in limbo.  You are holding what now equates to hundreds of thousands of dollars of people's money.  You have zero right to take liberties like this in terms of withholding payment and if you're going to do it, we deserve a lot better in the way of communication.

Your record in terms of communication, transparency, and relationship with your customer base is absolutely atrocious.  This needs to change quickly.  At a minimum, ANYBODY who has communicated on this board that they're owed more than 1 BTC should be addressed directly through private message and told what is specifically going on and given a timeframe.

Hi

the over / under for Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens  is missing.

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/2bc49

can u look at it?

bet is payed, thanks

Hopefully this is a good indication that bit365 is moving forward with processing gambling and investment payouts. In any case, I have actually been waiting on a payout myself and this bolsters my confidence significantly.
Not really...a winning bet owed 0.06 from yesterday got paid before a 40 BTC investment from weeks ago and also a 10.5 BTC winning bet from week and a half ago. Obviously the owner does not have the funds needed to pay off the debt owed.

The owner saying he is going through a backlog of bets is a lie, otherwise the 10.5 BTC and other major bets would have been paid before the recent 0.06 BTC winning bet.

I'm glad I cashed out my (admittedly small) investment when I did.

I actually really liked using this site because it was so simple to use. I did always receive my payments, but they were always a bit slow. But the slowness doesn't really inspire a lot of confidence. I hope he can better automate his payments because I think he's losing out on a lot of business.

Everybody stressing out!  Ahhh!  Smiley

I just cashed-out my investment: www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/96f00

It was funded with a double-input tx;, either input is fine as a return address.

Thanks man.

My correspondent again:

To all prospective bitcoinsports investors and bettors, take note that there is a 40 btc claim that is 3 weeks late (bitcoinsports.eu/inv/beac3). The investment does not need to be graded or corrected as the investor has waived his profits to expedite the return of his funds. There should be no delay in releasing these funds there is no grading required. As far as I can tell from this thread, his stake is the second largest sum that is unfulfilled, 40 btc, and the longest overdue, 3 weeks.

Here is the transaction ID URL: https://blockchain.info/tx/406bfd13ebcb3299a72c972e49bedac2eea4adeeff4c762511c114554153c81e

As you can see the two input addresses involved in the transaction are still at 0 balance since the investment was made.
