My win has been pending since Monday. Seems like there are people who have been waiting longer than I have. Why are there bets being paid out from last night when you still owe people from last week! I am now missing out on games I wanted to play tonight because I can't get cashed out from you.

The investments was a scam the whole thing is a pyramid scam to get Money to pay current bets. They are waiting to take new bets to pay winning bets. I doubt any of us get paid.

Having been through some of the issues with poker sites I'm inherently nervous about delays in payout. I'd still like to invest in the site but having about 9 BTC out there isn't something I'm comfortable with any more given the recent change in value.
Love the site, but having difficulty understanding exactly what the problem is right now.
I for one would really like to see the site succeed, but in order to do that customers need to have confidence that the people behind it are reliable. So guys, please you need to have a bit more of a presence on the boards and do some damage control here. These cashouts have to get moving. I'll gladly pump a little back in once I clear out the current investments but when people can't get their money timely it's going to be difficult to retain them.

I opened an account here, I will give it a try. I'm sorry to lose bit365 as my book because the site was so easy to use. From what I gather from these threads there's around $40K in unpaid investments and unpaid bets. I've still got 1BTC+ in limbo. UGH

Bit you have told me that you were checking on these bets twice already and you said you were fixing it once in my PM but still don't understand why you have not responded nor sent the 8+ BTC. I've tried to contact you 9-10 times to no avail. Pretty much everybody from Saturday with <2 BTC bet has been paid except me which I don't understand. Please pay these out so I don't have to spam the forum and can lay it to rest.

Maybe you should make a public list of cashed out investment you are processing. And you could list them in order of processing. It would make it visible that your are working on sorting out stuff. I don't mind waiting as long there is a clear time table so I can see when I can except to receive my cashed out investment.
