Anything is possible with crypto-currency. What do you think? If Bitcoin can drop 50% in less than three weeks, then definitely it can drop by more than 80% in 12 months time. So be prepared for the worst case scenario. If you remember what happened during 2014-16, then it is clear. It was a very gradual decline from around $1,000 per coin to $200 per coin.

Well, there can only be two outcomes, either it is truly accurate, or not. Just like any other speculations out there. Of course, out of all the people out there saying things or predicting things about the future of bitcoin, there will always be someone that will get it right according to his predictions. But what i can guarantee is that no one really knows for a fact what will happen to bitcoin in the future. So better to follow your own instinct than follow others that are as accurate as your predictions. Just sayin'.

They can't. They just can't ban all crypto in the world. They want to regulate it but it doomed to fail. US is smart only to tax is. Dubai, singapore, Estonia are even smarter to join in the revolution of crypto. Let see. In the future we will see.

I think so. If the price is $6000 now everyone will be crazy about it to buy everything. If it is $1800 definitely I will buy as many as I could. So does everyone else.
My target will be around $50,000 at least by the end of 2018.

No one does the correct guessing up until now anyway.

What people keep forgetting is the fact that BTC is the main pair for trading on every single exchange, yes some of them also use ETH and LTC but majority is using BTC. It's a simple rule of supply and demand, as long as there are exchanges out there that are supporting BTC/ALT pairs there will be demand for BTC, always... and I don't see it happening anytime soon that suddenly all exchanges decide to remove BTC/ALT pair...

I think bitcoin going to hit 50K by the end of 2018. It may decrease to 8k before rise but it won't take long to recover. January in the last few years became the dumping period for cryptocurrencies. Many newcomers will get burnt unfortunately. One way or another we all learn our lessons what will make us stronger.

My wild conspiracy theory is as follows.... Some whales are dumping coins left right and centre to create panic. They have

noticed that the Lightning Network is going to blast Bitcoin to the Moon and they want to buy back at a much cheaper price.

So the best thing to do, is too dump... create panic... price goes down.... buy back cheap. Undecided

.... That still does not explain

the price drop in Alts. Huh
