I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
Also it would be nice to have a visible at all times "this post has been edited" icon, if editing has taken place after more posts have been made.
Some people are really irritating with retrospective editing.

You can see it if a post is edited after 10 minutes by checking if there is a dotted line under the time post was made. If there is, hover your mouse above the line and you will see who edited it lastly and what time it was edited.

just tryied
but not work for me...
but this functionality it is avaiable just for posts not yours???

chrome 41.0.2272.118 m here.

The post should be edited to see this. It must be edited after 10 minutes to see. Else, you can't see it.

You are using conputer, right? In mobile devices, you can't see but there is an exception if you are using Puffin browser.

Try again by hovering the mouse to dotted line under the time of post creation. Dotted line is visitible for OP.

Feeling ashamed.  Embarrassed

Am I the only one who didn't see "Quick-moderation" feature till now? A "paper and pencil" small icon above "Report to moderator". It can be used to make a quick edit without going to new page.

you mean Quick-edit, right?
if so then you're not the only one. I was aware of that icon for a long time but I never bothered to check what it does until dogie pointed that out. (dogie never even saw it until a few days ago)

Yeah, cool feature that, hope it's retained on the new forum.

i'm not sure..
but i think in the new forum software it will be possible...
i mean, maybe, the quick edit functionality will be present...

or you are asking if this functionality it is an hidden functionality in the actual forum?

he is asking whether or not people have noticed the quick-edit function.
it's the icon above the "report to moderator".

It is shown only on your own posts of course. And it's not anchored to the bottom line of the post, not to the report moderator text. So on short posts it will be hovering somewhere on the right side of your post.

This is the icon:

When I read hidden feature I though this should be in this thread.

Something like that will be in the new software.

There's a hidden feature in the current forum that allows you to filter "unread posts since last visit" by board:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=unread;boards=6,37,4,1

added in OP!!!
thanks shorena!!!

I think there aren't other hidden features, but maybe I may be wrong. I should "check" this forum in these days, maybe I will find something.

thank you red!!!
I'm waiting for you discoveries

Looks like it can be disabled as I do not show up on the list. You neither btw. Its probably because I disabled "Show others your online status?"

Right.

There is another page I am trying to find that shows you a list of what topics online users are looking at, I cannot find it right now though.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=who
Do you think that enabling this function might negatively affect the privacy of some users?
