Would you consider adding an alarm feature to the "Tools" section?  I would be great to set an upper & lower boundary alarm that would notify me when a price target has been breached - especially when I am distracted by other projects.  Thanks in advance.  You really have done some great work here.  Long Live BitWisdom!

+1  This is the only reason I still have Clarkmoody in the background because I like the noises

You should consider Kraken.com.

To my knowledge they're the first real market fully backed by a SEPA euro-bank (Fidor Bank Germany). Their interface is par none IMHO,
top-notch security, multiple alt.coins & EUR/USD, I believe they're the first potential breach into the "system".

Can you do something about the trade colors? It's completely unreliable, trades are shown in the wrong color (red for buys, green for sells) half of the time and it takes a few refreshes to get it right. How hard can it be?
You must be talk about Bitstamp, because of there is no bid/ask info from Bitstamp's API, the bid or ask is gussed by server. I will improve algorithm to make it more reliable.

@BitcoinWisdom:

One small request... I know you try to keep your system as fast and low-weight as possible, but could maybe consider raising the maximum average period count? Right now the maximum value seems to sit around 300?

I don't know how much more load it would put on your system, but I like to compare averages across different periods, so for example looking at a 100 day MA on a 2h scale means I would like to be able to enter a value as high as 1200.

Any chance you could raise the limit, to say 2000? Ot would that slow down your system too much?
The period count is 900, 200 for initialize quick load and then load 900 immediately. I'm afraid it would not be increased. if improve it, it would be dynamic loading.

Hello,

Is it possible to know from where do you get Huobi data? It seems they don't have any public API except for a link that gives only little information.

Thanks.

Please, can you check the chart:
http://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/bitfinex/ltcbtc
Incorrect price 1 and 0.5 Ltc/Btc hides the chart. I suppose it because of bitfinex failure.
Thank you

Charts and order book don't loaded -  I don't know why.
Loading failed

Probably Reason
    BitcoinWisdom is temporary down
    Domain is not bitcoinwisdom.com
    Network issue

I can't either... any Good alternative?

same here in germany
The Europe node was broken in the past few hours, now it is recovered. We are really sorry about it and will improve the system to make it more reliable.

When the crosshair cursor is placed over the order book plots, juts to the right of the main chart, one gets the price computation for selling and buying the speified amount of BTC, e.g.

Quote
Buy 32.81 BTC will cost 158323 CNY and price will reach 4825.0.
Sell 32.81 BTC will receive 158323 CNY and price will reach 4825.0.
The average price of cost and receive is 4825.0 CNY/BTC.

In the BTC-China site, due to their "market taker" fee structure, the lowest ask and the highest buy are usually largish but separated by only 0.01 CNY.   As shown in the abve example, this detail (whih seems moderately important for that site) is lost by the rounding. The accurate results would be, I believe

Quote
Buy 32.81 BTC will cost 158323.3281 CNY and price will reach 4825.01.
Sell 32.81 BTC will receive 158323 CNY and price will reach 4825.
The average price of cost and receive is 4825.16405 CNY/BTC.

Open Network Adapter settings->"TCP-IP v4" and enter 8.8.8.8 as DNS server.
I can confirm this works.

Pecunia non olet
I've done that, checked properties, says I've set all the correct dns numbers as you've given above - and still it won't work.

Not expecting you to fix it for me, but think the developer needs to know, that solution is not 100%.

It is not a problem with DNS. From what i see it appears that some IPs (Europe, Russia, etc) are blocked. So try to find a proxy/VPN in a Country where bitcoinwisdom works (i.e.: US).
I guess there was a DDoS or sth that triggered the firewall/security software to block those IP ranges from accessing the API. Or they where blocked manually.

..think we need to wait for a word of the site operator to know what is going on.
