Has anyone done a comparison of what is the

1) Most expensive MN implementation?
2) Most profiatble?

Dash Masternodes cost about 13.7 BTC right now and make about $1.54 per day (at .013700000 price)

Crave Masternodes cost 1.4 BTC right now and make $2.88 per day (at .00280000 price)

BITCREDIT Banknodes cost around 5 BTC right now and make $9.20 per day  (at .00002000 price).

Per BTC return, Crave takes it.  But BITCREDIT is definitely the most undervalued right now, with the most room for growth.  If the price rises to just 5000 satoshis, one banknode will make around $23 per day.  This also doesn't take into account the service income.

I feel like we need someone to start a pooled Banknode service soon.  The amount to own your own BN is already high for most and it's going to seem completely unreachable if the price keeps rising.  $4.60 per day for 1/5th of a BN is pretty good and a lot more people would probably invest if they knew they could get in on just a piece.

Been fiddling a bit with the paint job. Send and Receive tabs will in future hopefully feature actually legible input fields!

[...]

Current battleship grey theme is a working compromise as half the UI elements are black and the other half white...  Roll Eyes  (And the lurid purple stripe was making me queasy... Grin). Couple of other little fixes in there too.

Will submit a pull request in the morning for at least the lineEdit legibility fixes.

Interesting!!!  Smiley

Seems a closer match to the icons in OP

Looks good!  Nice work Crouton!

Yeah, it looks great!  Much cleaner than before.  Keep it up!

Hey everyone. Pretty interesting concept we have going on here.

I'm a bit of a causal miner with BCN and I'm having problems syncing up the wallet to the network. It gets to a particular block and then the wallet freezes and closes. Any tips to get in syncing up properly? I've tried deleting the blocks and reinstalling the entire wallet sans the wallet.dat

Hey Pansyfaust, you should get rid of all the previous versions and use https://mega.co.nz/#!CpdwUQ5J!NADKboc_bmI4hByU1yCxMv5_1ePez7qP_je24k6cXy4 and from here on only updated versions here.

":error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.55.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Will try again but for now seems there be only 3 BN lol, easy setup would be helpful ...

I had the same error with boost1.55 so I reverted to 1.54 and the daemon started fine:
Code:
sudo apt-get remove libboost*

sudo apt-get purge libboost*

sudo apt-get install libboost1.54-all-dev

Once you get bitcreditd running on your VPS, remember to let it sync up fully before you try any masternode type stuff.

Don't shy away from using the donation address, it pays for pools, our websites and the occasional coffee.

Yeah you need about 2GB RAM to compile it, but the daemon uses very little when running, my VPS only has 512MB RAM and it's averaging just under 100MB used since I started the BN. I compiled at home and scp'd it to the VPS. And don't skip the strip! Unstripped bitcreditd is >100MB, stripped it's about 6MB.

Don't forget you'll need bitcredit-cli as well as bitcreditd, as all the RPC calls have been shifted out of bitcreditd for no good reason.  Grin

Changed VPS to 2GB Ram, still not enough

Now 4 BNs! Congrats to... alganonim?  There are a bunch more 250k lumps sitting in the rich list. Let's hope they are all technically clueless for another week or so, I need to build up some working capital.  Cheesy

(I jest, post if you need help!)

I'm one of those technically clueless people who will probably be asking for some help once I get some time to try and figure things out...

Current Banknodes making over $7 per day even at this low price.  I need in asap.
