Correct chain is @ 210188. Likely a small error somewhere that allowed an invalid block to propagate @ 210188.
I am going over the checks right now line by line. it's supposed to be an address with balance>50K, 50K and below should not work. The offending address had exactly 50K when it mined the block.

Your grantdb is corrupted for some reason or else the block you are being sent is really invalid, if it's the later you need new nodes to sync from, else use a older copy of grantsdb , it will sync from last point.
Same thing I was thinking, so I delete the ratings folder, to be recreated. It was recreated but same thing.
The block was valid. I did check on other wallet synced and was the same hash. You can check yourself.
I think that the problem goes from the logic that creates grantdb.dat
Let's say that i close the wallet @210134 and I start it when the network is @210159 and for some reason I delete the ratings folder.
First thing when I start the wallet, it try to download the blocks, but because it do no pass the grantdb verification it's rejected.
So, it recreate the grantdb, but, because there is no online banknode to him, until the next valid block, put the 6BCRBKZLmq2JwWLWDtJZL26ao4uHhqG6mH address for receiving the payment, and not the one that was online in the network at the time that the block was found:

exactly, but those are not anymore.
Options at present time are:
redownload the block chain ... take half day
reindex ... take 2-3 hours
bootstrap from a working wallet ... not anyone have this option
I just tested a copy of the blocks you uploaded , synced fine in under a minute. I'll have to look into this bug though.

Yes, sent a bunch of 50k lumps to new addresses in-wallet, so I could add them to miningkeys.dat and mine consecutive blocks. Old 50k BN input untouched, still there.
The txes are in the block I'm currentlky trying to mine (210164) - I could restart with --zapwallettxes and try and cancel 'em.
edit: yes, that worked, successfully restarted BN but limited to 1 block at a time. Will try a separate mining wallet on a different box with multiple miningkeys.

Your grantdb is corrupted for some reason or else the block you are being sent is really invalid, if it's the later you need new nodes to sync from, else use a older copy of grantsdb , it will sync from last point.
Same thing I was thinking, so I delete the ratings folder, to be recreated. It was recreated but same thing.
The block was valid. I did check on other wallet synced and was the same hash. You can check yourself.
I think that the problem goes from the logic that creates grantdb.dat
Let's say that i close the wallet @210134 and I start it when the network is @210159 and for some reason I delete the ratings folder.
First thing when I start the wallet, it try to download the blocks, but because it do no pass the grantdb verification it's rejected.
So, it recreate the grantdb, but, because there is no online banknode to him, until the next valid block, put the 6BCRBKZLmq2JwWLWDtJZL26ao4uHhqG6mH address for receiving the payment, and not the one that was online in the network at the time that the block was found:
