It's ok, already i can see that the reason it is rejecting the block you are trying to mine: your grantdb is incorrect. Somewhere along the line , you may have restarted and it was corrupted. If there is no votes, it should send to a default address that starts with "6BCR", so since it's not in the file, it rejects the block you are trying to make.

I am re-doing the grantsDb build procedure to join it to the addrDB and minerDB builds, since those are working properly and are updated at every new block without need to call additional functions.

Meanwhile, do a git pull, then delete ratings/grantdb.dat. Restart the daemon, no need to sync or reindex, just start it , make sure it's at block 210004 then "setgenerate true". If you look in the debug it should tell you it's rebuilding the grantsDB, after a minute or two it should finish.

Ok, this confirms that everything works, but still those random crashes are unwanted. If you don't mind, i'd like to try and work on them before we start the network. While we are pretty good at figuring things out, it be easy for a beginner too
