@juggy @milewilda guess our new boy fidel didn't come back this time, but I see familiar faces in the mix for the week. Just need some good old boredom to hit some whale before we see the flood again. I got to say, these prices are biting a lot of people hard. But you know what they say about good footballers and good crypto;) Form is temporary, class is permanent!

What are the rewards?
Theres no rewards for top players as of this moment.Im posting for weekly wagerers on the site as an update.  Wink

Thanks for the updates.
Thats why wagers aren't high on all spots  Cool

@joksim299 while there’re no specific rewards like the one’s announced during the competitions, gamblers yet can earn lots of rewards and bonuses by increasing their levels at Bitdice. The weekly wagering amount depends on whether it’s a whale playing or just the regular gambler, because whales tend to play big at Bitdice e.g. just a few days ago we had a user who’s total weekly wagering amount was 71 btc.

We do have some whale on here. $600k wagered amount. Wow!

Small downtime expected.

@BoXXoB thanks for the update and I just logged in so it’s working fine at my end, maybe the update is yet not rolled out so do kindly update us once it’s over. @milewilda did you notice @kolloh name at the top?, this time he’s claimed the top spot for himself.
Already works fine on my end too and since its mentioned its a small downtime then it wont take that too long.

"Chinese" is the correct term but I mean China does have a lot of influence over Asia in general, they are a huge nation not just in population but also in influence as well, hell they have influence over the world. Now, I didn't know that Chinese people didn't care about what Chinese government thinks, all I have managed to see so far is Chinese people being nationalistic about their nation and their government, why would a criminal dictator be allowed to kill people and have concentration camps in their nation if the people didn't supported it.

So, saying "Chinese people like other coins more than EOS" is not really that easy to understand for us since Chinese agree with their government on many stuff, why would they disagree on this particular one?

Has there been an increase in Asian people playing in your casino (based on IP checking) ever since you started to accept EOS? We all know they love EOS and I have never really had a chance to see "how much" they love EOS, is it really huge enough to actually make a difference in your casino for example?

Like suddenly when you added EOS there was tons of people coming in from Asian countries or was it like maybe just a few? I don't need to know the exact numbers of what happened or how many people there were and how many people ever since and what not, those are sensitive data and I can understand keeping it a secret, I just wanted to know if there was a significant increase or if there wasn't one, an answer of "there was" would be enough without giving too much of an information.

Asian people were there already before anything new added, old dudes already there including me. The only thing to notice is the absence of US/UK players since last geo-banning.
I also don't think that Asians prefer to use EOS compared to other Cryptos including Bitcoin. It's just that maybe the players there are more dominated by Asians because we know too many Asians who like to play Gambling.

I don't think Asian would contribute notable wagering volume but only the user count. In term of income that these users can bring to the casino I don't think they can bring as much as comparing to Western countries even in fiat market. Within Asia there are only few of the countries are considered "rich" enough to bring good wager volume but the fact is that those Asians tend to gamble come from poor/low income countries (majority from ASEAN countries) not from those rich countries. To conclude, they might need to take 10x effort to attract Asian just to bring the same wager volume or might be lesser as comparing to other regions.

Hard to say but I'm not a fan of speculating anyway. Would have to be some sort of a specialist in the field to know I guess.

It's not 100% speculating but base on the income & CPI/living cost solely, this data is already there. Say a middle class gentlement has 1000 USD salary a month and 20% of it will be spending on gambling thus 200 USD, it's no where comparable to Western countries except a few specific countries only (China, Japan, Korea, Singapore), and the percentage of people having at least said income is too small. The biggest targeted market might be China, but the people there are taking too much risk for gambling given the fact that it's illegal and can be jailed for said activities or simply they are inaccessible due to the Great Firewall.

The best is to track back and find out the geo-distributed bitcoin holding from those "early adaptor", which region has the most of those users which will likely the most promising of willing to spend to gamble, and to think, it's not Asia.

I didn't mean if there were any before and suddenly they became some. I meant like if there was any increase in the Asian market at all, even if 50% of the casino were Asians before it that doesn't mean it can't increase to even higher. EOS has been the biggest favorite in Chinese economy and china has always stated (as a government) they rank eos higher than bitcoin because EOS actually has good development and good features compared to bitcoin so maybe Chinese people started to gamble more after adding EOS?

Like I said it is not about if there were any before or after, it is about if there was an "increase" in the numbers. I have heard the exchanges that have EOS pairs (like btc, eth, usdt) have higher Asian user numbers than the ones that doesn't have it, so i thought maybe same goes for casino.

I am Asian but you know, Asians make up over 1/3 of the whole world so it's impossible to say "Asia" with any real meaning. You now say Chinese, which is more accurate.

I don't think the Chinese government rank of crypto reflects how people truly feel about it. Bitcoin is probably still a Chinese favorite. I would say even NEO is more popular than EOS.

But in gambling I think players are less political.

not just asians but who cant resist the thrill and chill that can gambling bring ? almost every single people in this world love to play a gambling but every gamblers have a different set of taste in regard of choosing a coin for gambling.

some loves to play with alts and some will try newer additions like eos and tron but for me i only play with bitcoin alone. i already feel contented with it .
