The chat game always announced few hours before start, so actually you will not miss it if you can manage your time. Indeed most of the games started in the evening (GMT) time, not really friendly for Asian like me but if I want to join then I will manage my time so I will not miss it.
I know that but it's not so easy to manage my time...lol

Guys, we've added local language chat rooms, currently you can speak local in Dutch, French, Russian and Indonesian.
[NEW] Local-language chat rooms.
[NEW] Users with level 0 can answer on PM's sent from higher user.

Does this mean that there will be chances that there is gonna be a mod for each local chatroom as it will be hard for mods that dont speak the respective languge to monitor the chatroom. Im kinda interested to be one if there is gonna be as I might be going to apply for one of the rooms , well I had few hours daily to monitor it
Of course chat moderator for each local chatroom is neeed, I believe Alex has planned to hire some mods but as I see the local chatroom is still has low traffic/activity. He may hire some mods when it has great activities everyday.
i dont think it is truly needed, since i think one chatroom is enough and the only thing needed to emphasize is to use the english as the main language on the site so global people can understand easily the main topic or happenings in the chatbox, and the only thing needed there is a moderator that can eliminate those people who doesn't follow the english language rule, bitdice devs should really think for it so theres no hassle for them to run that one.
I don't think Bitdice will benefit with mono language chatbox. Remember the goal is to reach as many country as possible and limiting your chatbox to only english speaker will somehow hinder this goal. FYI, this is a service related business so having chatroom for different languages will make your client feel at home as if they are just breathing in communicating with each other.
To make many chatboxes is good though because you can attract many people on many countries but there is something missing here. That is some information. Because on every chat boxes there will be different topics so by focusing on your local chatboxes and i am sure everyone will lack some good information that people provide on their own chat boxes. Not all people are going to move in and out from the chat boxes. This is what i thought but the chat boxes is already been made so i hope this will be better
Yeah I know that and I agree it is a good thing so you can make all people as one but what I mean here if there is many chat boxes what you really lack of is some information. Each country has their opinion and argument in one thing so may be if there is only 1 chat boxes no matter what, people will try to communicate although if they use some google translate. Actually I dont see this as a problem too just give my opinion

Instead of having separate moderators for each of local chat rooms, enabling 'report spam' feature for every chat participant will be more cost effective imho. Anyhow I love this feature as I have not got chances to find my local gamblers anywhere else but bitdice brought a way to find them. Thanks a lot bitdice.

Yeah, having the multiple chat rooms for different languages is certainly a good addition and makes the site more friendly for non-English speaking users.
Looking forward to seeing some more users become active in these channels.
We should really expect that this thing would really happen since bitdice is growing everyday and players are increasing as the days or months goes by.Different chatbox would really be already a necessity as admin mention above.I would love to see bitdice community would go bigger.Looking forward to seeing some more users become active in these channels.
A chat for different languages is required, especially for the most used ones. They do not even need to translate anything, just to add more sections. On the most popular websites I had visited, the Russian chat was as popular as the English one.
Yep, the hardest part is letting these players know that the site has foreign language chat rooms for them. Some additional translations on other pages couldn't hurt as well but requires significant work. This is something we may see down the road if those user bases grow.

There will most likely be moderators for different chats as the playerbase grows and moderating becomes a necessity.
The report function is a nice idea, could help users self moderate! We will certainly have a look at that.
