Seems that you are accusing that bitdice is lying about their instant cashout but in fact you got it very wrong. Instant cashout here means instantly after your withdrawal get confirmed while in fact you get stuck on confirming.
Why was his cashout didnt get confirmed in the first place? Well this is just an issue of wording and by instant it should means that the bitcoin will be sent directly to user bitcoin address after a single click. I dont really accuse bitdice as I know that there is probably something wrong with withdrawal confirmation and such however that wording issue ( if it is the issue ) totally is not right at all
His withdrawal was processed.
We still unsure what's the problem, however his mobile device didn't send a request to server. There's no way for him to tell us about any errors on this device, we will try to check later what could be the issue, however at the moment I can clearly say that this problem is on the client's device, not server.
Message that this request is being confirmed is default when you open that page, so it can lead to misunderstanding that request was actually sent, which we will try to adjust.

By the way pleased to hear that the admin is much quicker to solve the issue.
So that means this site where we belong are in good state i totally got satisfied for their support service since they are quitely responsive wich is good for a site and surely they will became a big site in these upcoming months of existence, but i will still watch this thread for an update so that i will not be late on their news and announcement, so lets keep playing and enjoy their community.
I do agree. This site is good and their support services is very nice it respond as soon as possible in you and this site has a potiential we will know that it will be famous sooner or later in the online gambling websites. As my self too i will follow or try to read the updates with the website so that i will know what is new in their website.

You cannot see for now since devs tighten up their defenses to any exploit and their withdrawals/deposit are quitely are good state for now but what if in the long run? Can they sustain to act like this? If yes then this would be a great buff for them if they will still be active in these upcoming future and so far same as you i didn't encounter some messy things in their site yet.

The issue is being worked on. This is the first time something like this has happened so Admin is working with the user to try figure out why and how something like this could happen and how to fix it so the issue does not happen again.
Rest assured everything is working as intended. If a problem arises (as they are bound to as no site or program is ever error free) it will be dealt with.

I have made some withdrawal in the last few days and all were instant after get confirmed. My last withdrawal was some hours ago and I got it instantly as well. Perhaps there is a bug on the confirmation thing when you did it, but so far it is very good in my end.

App wont give big difference for bitdice because those gamblers can do it with mobile browser already, cant they? So it is not a necessary thing to be implemented sooner/later. I have never seen a dice site with android app, have you ever seen it? If so, is that good for the site? What is the advantage?

Roulette is still not yet released on BD, it will be released later, however I think that's not too far away. Hopefully in the near future.
Oh, I though it was good to go. Hoping that it will be released faster than we are expecting so that everyone can try it now. Because many are already looking forward for more bitdice games in the future and I'm wishing that every move that BD will do is going to become successful.

A mobile app will only consume phone storage which I think is unnecessary for a gambling site. The mobile version is already enough imo. Wish there will be more game tho. Still waiting for games to be released.

It seems the "Stop if balance greater than" and "Stop if balance less than" features at dice auto roll didnt work anymore. I tried it several times and bot didnt stop and continue to make bets even it reached the amounts that I already set in those two boxes. Wish this will be fixed soon!
