So if the user is not active in chat they wont get the rain.
But as with everything, some will try to abuse it.

is the rain limited to give a single user per IP or everyone level1 above will recieve?

The minimum amount wagered is about the last 24 hours, so in your case it doesn't matter, since you haven't played in a while. Even if you'd find your credentials, you'd still not get part of the rain.

if he can remember his account details he can wager atleast .01 today and get more percentage of the rain because i think his account is high level

I took some time to look around more. Here are a couple more things:

I noticed that there are Jackpot and Roulette added. I tried several times to click on it and play. I thought it was a bug until I came onto this thread and read through the first post again. "Upcoming Games: Soon Jackpot and Roulette will be added to the already existing games."

I don't think it's right that you posted links at the top and bottom, yet the games aren't ready. It wasn't much of a problem for me, but for others it might cause confusion.

Second, adding CLAM in must've been a tough decision. Just-Dice has built itself into one of the top and legendary casinos. If anything you should open up to what players want, and add in a cool new coin that doesn't have a good dice site yet.

Just my two cents.
